I love Fashion Chingu
I love Fashion Chingu and so far haven’t had a single item I didn’t love. The range is really good and though some items are a bit expensive the quality is great. Being uk based the sizing can be a bit tricky to work out but generally once you’ve done it they’re pretty consistent. It’s a bit frustrating having to wait for shipping but it is what it is when ordering from overseas.

Fast delivery, but damage.
Product was sent out and arrived fast for how far away it was being sent to. However, I am very disappointed with the packaging; you'd think an expensive light stick would be packaged carefully enough to not result in any damage, but they may as well have stuck the delivery details on the product itself. The product box has a massive crease/dent on the front and side, I just hope the contents are alright. It's a shame because it's supposed to be a birthday gift for my sister. I'm just proper gutted.

very, but VERY terrible service, broken lightstick, customer service terrible 1 star!! SIKE!! Katseye lightstick is amazing, was very good quality, the box was flawless, no dents, amazing customer service, Just Amazing, will definitely order a lightstick cover, but the only min point was the wait, and I get it it's from South Korea but it said 3 to 7 business days but I ordered 20 December 2025 and it came 30 January (today) but the rest was IMPECCABLE, 4 stars for sure!
