STEALING YOUR MONEY! DONT BUY HERE!
Spent 115€ for nothing! Completely a total hoax, go and check their ig and their facebook, both comments are disable and tagged photo on IG same person seemed sooo unreal . Their 2nd website also youandmeintimates.com is also a total hoax. These people want to rob your money. They will say that the shipping will takes 2-3weeks but then after the transaction has been done and they received everything, is too late already and dont even think of a refund because they wont reply to your email and whatsoever! Absolutely ridiculous!

Missing item no response from email
I ordered some clothes for my holiday and I had to wait 3 weeks longer than the delivery dates so didn't even get them in time for my holiday and I had to keep chasing and emailing.
I then emailed to say I haven't received one of the items and they explained that they sometimes send items seperatly, I still haven't received that item and I have emailed over 7 times with not one response.
It's disgusting that I haven't even had a reply to apologise or refund me my money

Awful customer service, very bad experience
Worst experience...I ordered a bikini which they forgot to send, once I received my order 2 months after ordering and serval emails, I received the wrong size, medium instead of a small. The 2nd bikini I received was then again the wrong size and they are now denying me a refund and offering me store credit which I do not want. A lot of my emails were not responded too and there is no contact number so I wasn't able to call. Unless you want hassle I do not recommend ordering from them. Additionally to this the material of the bikini was cheap and bikinis are the same from other websites for cheaper.

As stated on our website all swimwear and lingerie is non refundable however we offer store cards or exchanges if they do not fit or suitable. All T&Cs are on our website under refunds and exchanges before and after purchasing for everyone to see.

Awful
Half my ordered arrived a month after ordering, other half never did. Endless emails unanswered only social media made them contact me. We're happy to help but never did. We're happy to refund but once again never did. Owe me money absolute waste of time and a shame as the half order I received was lovly clothing at a decent price. Would not recommend to anyone.
