Just got my order after 5 weeks. (it was normaly 3 weeks)
The coat I've ordered looks like the pictures. I knew that it wouldn't be the best quality, but i like it, it's not too cheap. But only 3 stars because the customer service is really bad, no update about the order, just one useless answer, saying that I would be inform later... but I still wait for it! Anyway, I have my coat, that the important thing. I was worried to lost my £75 when I saw the bad reviews...

Do not order from company, they are scammers, still waiting on my items from last year and have contacted several times and not given item or my money back. So hopeless and no doubt they will respond to this telling me to email their customer care email but they never respond.

Really happy with my purchase. It arrived today and I’m all ready for my holiday.
You do have to wait for your items but I don’t mind as it’s stuff you can’t get on the high street. Shall be ordering again.

DO NOT EVER ORDER HERE! They have tried to steal money from me in a very clever way. I ordered a faux fur gilet (which by the way looks WAY different than on the pictures they show!) for 53 pound or so, which I received within a week. They never put track and trace on the package, or an invoice in the package. I sent the fur gilet back because it was way different than expected. Luckily I did this within 2 weeks after ordering it otherwise my money would have been gone! They have a return policy of 2 weeks up from the moment you receive a product, but you can never prove WHEN you received the product without any invoice or track and trace code! If they would have send me the package a week later I wouldnt have been able to prove to paypal I stayed within the 2 weeks return policy.

When I refunded the package and saw at some point it was already delivered to their address for about a week but didn’t get my money back still I already had a weird feeling and emailed them. They always said they couldn’t read the track and trace code, or just didn’t reply to the emaila after sending it 4 times. After like 4 weeks, when I started threatening with letting Paypal know that they didn’t refund my money, they started to threaten me saying that I didn’t exchange the product within 14 days and if I would contact Paypal they would consider LEGAL ACTIONS!!! But they did order me a giftcard with the same amount of money(?) which of course I didn’t want

I contacted paypal with evidence and got my money back from paypal, but if it was up to them I would have never seen my money again!!!!

Please do not order here! The products look nothing like the pictures and they WONT refund your money

I have ordered from fashion prescription on a few occasions and the clothing has always been great quality.
I have received many compliments on my outfit when wearing their clothes.
My recent order was lost by my local delivery service however fashion prescription managed to send me a new one and gave me a store card for my troubles.

I bought an item off of fashion prescription 4 weeks ago, I have had no confirmation of dispatch, no tracking number and no communication from the company since.
After multiple attempts at contacting the seller through PayPal, I began scouring the website for contact information I tried to email customer care - which was a made up email address that didn't work! I then looked for a postal address which looked suspicious (0000 London road).
I was blocked and deleted from their instagram and noticed that although they have 75000 followers they get about 15 likes on each picture - bot followers, showing how fake this company really is.
Luckily, I payed through PayPal and have been able to make a claim and attempt to get my money back as clearly this website is a con. I would not recommend shopping at the website at all and believe all the reviews on this page that are positive are written by who ever is scamming you out of your money.

This company is honestly shocking! Customer service is so poor. I ordered 2 items 5 weeks ago and when attempting to contact the company I was advised only able to discuss through email. Every email
I was advised the delivery time scale is not guaranteed until I was emailed apologising and that my order has been personally packed and sent. This was over a week ago and still no dispatch! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

This company will not refund you! I have now been blocked from making contact with them. It is one person working from one house who tells you to contact a different member of the team. They also have an automatic response set up on trust pilot. DO NOT PURCHASE. SCAM!!!!

I have been waiting for 3 weeks now and still not received this order. Am worried as it is an Xmas present. I have emailed customer services and been told I will get a hermes tracking code when it is delivered. I have nt yet gone to PayPal but will be going as not received my items or any confirmation as to when it is going to arrive

Please be warned before purchasing. I honestly wish i could attach photos to this. You would LAUGH. Not only did i ask to cancel my order because they lied constantly about its whereabouts, it arrived anyway and can only be described as a 'ginger cat' rather than the mix of tan brown and blondes shown on their photo. The sleeves were so short & mysteriously had a collar which wasn't present in the picture. The best part, i messaged them before purchasing to ask if the coast are EXACTLY like the picture as id seen other reviews, they said, EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTO'S.

Que a generic reply saying lots of other customers are happy on their Instagram, i've seen none. 99% of their good reviews on here are from the same person.

The only reason they are gettin one star from me is I have to click on a star to rate them! They are the worst company I ordered a gilet 7 weeks ago for the winter months and 3 weeks later I still hadn’t received so I emailed and they told me it was a pre order it takes 2/4 weeks it’s never said that when I was buying it then last week I emailed 3 times because I still hadn’t received it which is the 6th week I got a generic reply stating that they will send me a tracking number as soon as and yet I’m in the 7th week I have asked them to just send me a refund as I no longer want the item and they are ignoring my emails I got another generic reply saying they will send a tracking number .. I also commented on there Instagram page to see if that might make things speed up or at least get a proper response from someone and instead they removed my comment and blocked me .. terrible company !!

I purchased an item with Fashion Prescription on 13th November and did not receive tracking details in the confirmation. I finally received the item and was dissatisfied as the sizing was much too small and it didn't appear to be similar to the image on the site.

I then requested for an exchange as I hoped that the faux fur may look better in a larger size but if it looked too dissimilar to the item the model was wearing, I would still be within my rights to return (T&C's state 14 days).

I returned my item via Royal Mail, 48 hours tracked and signed and on the 27th November it had arrived with Fashion Prescription. I was then told on 28th November that my exchange had been shipped and I would receive the item within 2-3 days.

On the 11th December I still had not received my exchanged item and contacted the customer service team who explained that actually, my order would need to be reordered via Store Credit and that they would supply my details shortly.

Following further investigation of the company, the images are stolen from instagram models and the items are replicas from China. I have viewed on AliExpress.com the coats and the brand stitching is identical to the one I received.

I decided to back-out of the exchange as I didn't have my item (but am out £68) and asked for a full refund as I'm still within my rights to do so. I was told that my refund cannot be accepted and it can only be offered as store credit.

I have now escalated this situation to PayPal but they are requesting proof of tracking which I no longer have, I have emails to prove that I returned the item but Fashion Prescription will not confirm this to PayPal.

It is categorically unfair that they will not confirm this with PayPal to release my funds - I DO NOT HAVE THE ITEM. I am now out of £68, refused store credit with NO ITEM and no cooperation from the company.

I will be reporting to Trading Standards as this poor level of service and scam MUST BE STOPPED.

Edit - TO FASHION PRESCRIPTION - I've been emailing the Customer Service team but you've said it's now out of your hands as it has been escalated to PayPal? PayPal are awaiting confirmation from you that the item has been returned (this was in my email thread on 27th November to say it had arrived with you). Please can you do this imminently so that my funds are released? I have asked for your kind cooperation as I have no item, no store credit but yet you hold my funds. It is getting very frustrating now.

The wait to get it was a while but it’s well worth the wait, I loved all the clothes I received

The service is brilliant, I asked for a specific date for my order to be delivered and it came well before which was perfect! My coat is beautiful 100% recommend this site x
