We have been a loyal FastComet customer since the early days, but the last 2 years have gone completely downhill. Support is non-existing or completely incompetent, and they have made changes to client accounts (server location), without prior notice and without updating DNS/Zone records. I would stay far away from this company until they have resolved their major support issues. I will continue to update this ticket if any changes.

FastComet is a great company with amazing hosting plans and really amazing customer service. Every time I have had an issue they were right there to find the best solution for me and give a helping hand.
I have been in web design for about 15 years and I have trusted other companies for my hosting needs, with no luck.
What they promised didn't work. FastComet is by far the most reliable company I have found among other popular companies.

During my time hosting with FastComet, I experienced repeated technical issues while maintaining my website. Each time I addressed one problem, another would arise, resulting in ongoing instability and lost time troubleshooting.

After migrating the site to a different hosting provider, these issues stopped occurring, which strongly suggests the problems were related to the hosting environment rather than the site itself.

Based on my experience, I was unable to achieve a stable setup on this platform and ultimately had to move elsewhere to resolve the issues.

The communication during these 6 years was great. and the prompt responses!

Ive been with them over 3+, years.
they have gone downhill big time basic sharded hosting was paying $24.95/ mth then out of now where being charged $32/ why??? no reason. also learnt they have been bought out buy another big company so that's why its all messed up also have never ending slow and messed up emails with loads of tickets.
ontop of that i was only using about 44% resources??? and on there website shows same services is still $24.95 im sure that trading standards would like to know why???
Just avoid them even if they try to dangle a carrot price just don't look else where for better stronger reliable local servers uk. like i did and cheaper

FastComet support helped me solve a pretty advanced caching setup (Memcached + W3 Total Cache) on my WooCommerce store. Rizki from support patiently explained every step, enabled the Memcached service, configured the UNIX socket, and stayed with me until Site Health was completely green.

I’m truly grateful for the exceptional help from the technical support team. I discovered that data from one of my database tables had been removed, and it was an extremely stressful situation. The support agent promptly opened an escalated ticket, guided me on what details were needed, and confirmed the most appropriate restore point. The database was restored successfully from the backup, and their updates were clear and timely the entire way.

I had an issue with emails from my contact form not being delivered due to a server mail configuration problem.
FastComet support identified the issue, fixed the MX records and sender configuration, and confirmed everything is now working correctly.
The issue was resolved and email delivery is stable again.

We had a minor billing issue (overpayment), but FastComet's support agent Rumen K. was very helpful in resolving the matter swiftly and to the point. Overall, we can highly recommend FastComet's services, which are not only technically state of the art, but also competitively priced.
