I've been using FastComet for years

My website server had some issues
My website server had some issues, wherein it would break for 2-3 secs every minutes. Instead of solving that issue, they insisted on be rigid. Shifting to hostinger resolved it.

During the investigation, we identified periods where the hosting account was reaching its allocated I/O resource limits, which can result in temporary performance issues or periods of inaccessibility. We also worked through several areas of the account configuration with you, including WooCommerce activity, scheduled tasks and Redis. Following those changes, the recorded I/O faults dropped to zero.
We also reviewed the traceroute and MTR data provided. The missing intermediate hops were consistent with ICMP rate limiting and did not indicate packet loss to the server itself. Our network checks did not identify significant packet loss or an abnormal network condition at the time of testing.
We do recognize that you continued to report a very specific intermittent connection behavior, and we appreciate the considerable testing and diagnostic information you provided throughout the case. While our investigation did not establish a definitive infrastructure fault matching that pattern, we are sorry to see that you ultimately chose to move the affected website elsewhere.
My colleague has already reached out to you on the most recent ticket, and we hope we have the opportunity to rebuild your trust. We also appreciate the support and referrals you have given FastComet over the years and hope we can continue supporting your other services with us.

FastComet - the best host for English support in Japan
Orbi is very knowledgeable and patient. Orbi guide me through to resolve the transparent header logo issue on my webpage.
It's my first time sign up to FastComet. I was looking for web hosting sites in Japan that is English friendly, and came across FastComet. I was very glad I signed up. I could setup my emails and website for my startup in less than 1 hour, including trouble shooting of the logo issue with orbi. Highly recommend.
