Very happy
Ordered and corner sofa and table was delivered when we expected. One leg missing when we put it together. Customer Service were excellent got it sent out straight away. All good with our new sofa, very different to what you see in shops. Would have been a 5*if there wasn't for missing part.

Just to clarify, your first email came in on Wednesday 21st May at 16:47, just before we closed at 5pm. As a small team, we aim to reply within 48 working hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm), and we responded the next working day on Thursday 22nd May at 13:26.
You also messaged our marketing team on Facebook on Thursday at 11:31, which was replied to by 12:24, and we followed up with a phone call later that afternoon to assist further.
Regarding the phone number — you mentioned calling an 0845 number found via Bing. We’ve checked all our official listings and can confirm that our only number is 01922 214 994, which has been in use for over 20 years. This number is listed on our website, our Google business profile, and all advertising. Google also verifies this with us directly to ensure it's always up to date.
We reviewed our phone records and couldn’t find the number you provided in your email, so it’s possible the number dialled wasn’t connected to us. It may have been a different company with a similar name or offering, which understandably can cause confusion as some customers also said they quickly done search on was actually from another company.

Garden Furniture Bought, Wonderful Experience
We purchased some garden furniture last month. I was very pleased with their service.
I asked a few questions before hand, as I was not able to go to the store in person, these were answered by an in-store person, answers came with photos of the items to help answer the question and clarified questions when I went back.
Delivery was within the timeline and the delivery company they used were informative and kept me up to date.
Furniture was packaged sufficiently and we were able to put it together with little issues.
We had an issue with the pneumatics on the table, but email was picked up quickly, processed kindly, calmly and quickly. It was resolved to our satisifaction.
We have ordered items over the years from many online businesses, asking questions or sharing concerns not being responded to. I was very happy we chose to buy from FeatureDeco, it was a refreshingly positive experience and would recommend them.

Fabulous Garden Furniture
I was recommended Feature Deco by a couple of friends who had already bought their products. I’m really happy with my purchase I bought the Manchester 7 seater corner set and at the time of ordering I got two free footstools! The product is really good quality So easy to order and super quick delivery. I had a phone call after placing the order to confirm a convenient date for delivery. The driver was really helpful and so nice when he arrived with the furniture I would definitely recommend this company if you’re looking for your next purchase for the garden 😊

Top quality Dartmouth Sofa set
After considerable research we ordered the Dartmouth corner sofa set and were not disappointed with our choice.

Stylish sturdy modern furniture.
I'd had my eye on the Kingswinford 4 piece conversation set since last year. In February we made the short trip to the showroom to check the quality and colour etc (I am very fussy) It was stylish and just what we wanted.
Our furniture arrived in late March, it was easy to fit together, very well made and excellent quality. Absolutely over the moon with it. I just need a nice sunny day so I can sit out and enjoy it now.
Customer service were also excellent regarding my enquiries etc
