This furniture exceeded my expectations…Well made and very classy! The versatility lets me mix up the seating and table area to suit my needs.
From order to delivery it was an easy process backed with a knowledgable customer care team for any queries.
Well worth the investment

I order the Newcastle 6pce dining range well built great service from time of placing order and delivery. I did call to the showroom to have a look all the furniture look well made and the guy in the showroom was helpful. also delivery driver gave a good service

Pergolas. Do not buy. I've had a terrible experience with them.
They are cheap imports from China. The company will claim to know about the product but when questioned, they open their own products and put them together to enable them to answer your question. Or they ask people in China and you have to wait for them to respond.
They have no phone so you can't speak to anyone. Your only option is email contact.
The advert promises bolts, but they aren't sent so you have no means of securing it to the ground. It took me weeks to get them sent out, and they were from for the ground type.
Advert for the product was factually incorrect. The company blamed another company for writing their adverts which is why they weren't aware of the errors.
The advert promised colour changing lights, but they were white lights only. I was no recompensed for this. I was told it was another company's fault who wrote their advert and they also had no idea the lights didn't change colour.
Fragile in bad weather. They will move in strong wind and become compromised. If their pergolas are remotely exposed they will not tolerate the wind. They are too light.
If there is a fault, the company will not compensate you or admit liability. I had several features that were technically impossible to make work. All of them were my fault because nobody has ever complained before and they're made in a factory so it's impossible ke that they're faulty.
Instructions are awful. Highly unlikely you will make sense of a lot of them. They lack detail and graphics. Several parts have no explanation for their purpose. This is a complex and time consuming build which is not explained and the instructions make it worse.

They're a shambles of a company.

I would seriously stay clear of their pergolas. They are poor quality. Go to a company that specialises in them.

Purchased the Weymouth dining set and the quality is fantastic!! We found Customer Services and the Sales team very helpful. The products are good value for money and great quality.

We bought our garden furniture after seeing one our friends had bought. The patio set with gas fire pit is fabulous. Extremely comfortable. The seats themselves are lightweight and in sections so can easily be packed up and covered for winter. The price was paid was very reasonable for the quality of product we got. Ordering was easy and communication relating to delivery clear. As everything went swimmingly with our order I cannot comment on the quality of their customer services as we had no need to contact them. Would recommend based on product alone

High-quality product at a great price with prompt delivery

I am a fan of FeatureDeco and subsequently recommended them to my mother, travelling over to Walsall to have a look at the display products. On the back of this my mum bought a garden set.

All went well until delivery when she found it was the wrong colour.

If there was a 3.5 I would have scored accordingly, the product is good but the colour is disappointing.

I researched well before buying my garden furniture. I needed it to be weatherproof, and have thick cushions for comfort . I am so happy with it. It arrived on time, well packaged and fully assembled. It’s exactly what I wanted and it’s beautiful. Everyone who has seen it loves it and I would highly recommend this company.

What an excellent service we had !! We went to view it as it wasn’t far from where we live as it’s always a bit worrying ordering online as you can’t see the quality however the quality is amazing!! The staff were very helpful would definitely recommend this company. 👍🏻

An easy to navigate website with a fantastic choice of lovely garden furniture. There are styles to suit different tastes and a range of prices to suit every pocket.
Delivery was on time but two chairs had unfortunately been damaged in transit. However, the problem was resolved politely and really quickly by the featureDECO aftersales team. Two replacement chairs were immediately sent and the damaged goods returned. No hassle just genuinely excellent service.
We love our new garden set and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or purchase from featureDECO again!

I bought the Edinburgh 7 piece set and I absolutely love it, it has lasted well and still looks like new. I purchased a new medium size cover in August and this arrived promptly and keeps the set looking at its best. Really easy to put on and take off for those rainy then sunny days!

Furniture delivered when they said it would be delivered and good quality furniture.

Always a little concerned when purchasing higher-value items online when they have not been inspected up close. This item met every hope and expectation and we are extremely pleased with it; the end-of-season price reduction was just icing on the cake. Obviously, we cannot comment on durability but initial experience has been good.
Also, very happy with the courier company used, who kept us informed with an email and two follow-up telephone calls. Items arrived within the window and both guys were extremely pleasant and helpful, placing the furniture where requested. Whole experience has been very good and we will consider using the company for any future purchases.

Can not recommend FeatureDeco enough. Both my neighbours have said they love our new furniture set are going to order their new furniture from them. The level of customer service is exceptional.

Will look to use them again for any garden furniture we require.
