Useless
Fedex cancelled my order/shipment for some reason. They didn’t not even inform me that they did. I had to see that they cancelled it via the tracking. I was going to make an account to get in contact but they were going to charge me for it. i don’t know why when other delivery companies don’t charge anything. Tried to look for an email address but that’s seems impossible. They are genuinely THE most useless delivery service i’ve used.
WORST delivery ever !
WORST delivery ever ! My parcel has arrived in France from the US one week ago and it has been at the local delivery agency since then. First attempt there was none home, no phone call, no notice, no explanation, nothing. Second attempt, there was someone home the entire day and it says "noone home" which is obviously a lie, we got no door bell, no call, nothing ! 3rd attempt the guy called but he already moved pretending again that there was noone home whereas we were here. I tried to put instructions on their site to let the pack in front of the door, told the guy on the phone, nothing got done, and still no delivery !
Ruined Package, Money Down The Drain
FedEx being the geniuses they are decided to leave a cardboard tube containing an exspensive custom print out in the rain. The tube unraveled and the print was completely ruined. They could have just as easily propped this up inside the door frame to keep it dry or at the vert least they could have knocked on the door. These people are beyond incompetent.
Horrible company
If I could put zero stars I would. You can’t talk to a real human to get your issue fixed. Then after the 10th phone call to get there, they were no help and no one knows what’s going on. Avoid having this company ship anything to you at all costs.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I had to call 9 different times to finally get through to someone. They gave me ALL WRONG information. Never got called back so went through it again just to find out not only will they not help me but they delivered my package to the wrong house. Now I’m contacting shipper because FedEx is a JOKE. I used to use them for everything but I will no longer be giving them my business. Not that they care.

The worst customer service experience I’ve had in my 20 years of life. Such an apathetic, unprofessional, and untimely organization. This company is so disorganized I don’t even think calling it an organization is logical.

Didn't deliver to my actual address. TWICE. Even though I didn't receive my parcel I still had to pay the duty and tax charges TWICE. Opening a dispute with them is totally pointless. Avoid.
It has been over 2 weeks since ordering…
It has been over 2 weeks since ordering and my package has not been delivered. The last scan was on 5/28/26. It is in the city 30 minutes from me and I can't get assistance finding out where it is. The customer service rep I spoke with basically declined to help me. Told me the merchant needed to reach out. Unclear why I can't get answers given that this was hundreds of dollars in merchandise.

FedEx lost or mishandled my package. It reached the final local facility, went out for delivery, and then never arrived. Every time I call, I’m told it’s “on the truck” or that they’ll contact the warehouse to get it moving, but nothing changes and there’s no real update.
If the package is missing or damaged, FedEx should be honest so the shipper can send a replacement. Instead, they keep dragging it out and giving the same empty response just to get me off the phone. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
Do better or close down company is a joke right now.

Absolutely terrible experience with FedEx. This company has been nothing but frustrating from start to finish. My package was delayed, tracking information was inaccurate, and customer service was completely unhelpful. Every time I contacted them, I received a different answer and no real solution.
It’s unbelievable how a company of this size can have such poor communication and such little regard for its customers’ time. I spent days trying to get a simple update and was repeatedly disappointed.
I would not recommend FedEx to anyone. If you have another shipping option available, save yourself the stress and choose a different carrier. This was one of the most frustrating delivery experiences I have ever had.

I have a parcel from overseas which arrived in the UK without any trouble last Wednesday. Drama has started ever since it was in the hands of Fedex people. First of all, they delayed the start of the delivery to Friday. Fine, guess they like keeping other people’s things in their storage. Then the delivery was scheduled on Friday about which I was informed by email with a tracking path. All seemed to be normal up to this point. Then strange things started emerging. According to their tracking system, the delivery started at about 7am on Friday, 5 June, and was scheduled to arrive between 9am and 1pm on the day. After a few hours, it was delayed to by 6pm on the day. Then, dead silent, no updates whatsoever until after 5:40pm. I began to contact their online customer service - oh by the way, don’t think you can call Fedex. They can find you if they want but you can never expect to find them. After some tedious conversations with their seemingly professional agent, it soon passes 6pm and nothing happened. The agent promised that their back office will look into this and call me within several working hours. Oh, btw, almighty Fedex does work on weekends. No one ever called me of course. A little later, I only found out myself on the tracking system a note at 5:49pm saying “ Recipient refused the delivery”. I beg your pardon? What was that? at that time, I was literally busy chatting with the online agent asking where the hell my parcel was. Who rejected? There was no email or text message or phone call from Fedex drivers attempting to reach me. Someone lied about their incompetency or lack of responsibility? I mean, if you want to go home early on Friday and cancel the delivery and turn around, fine! but at lease have the decency to keep those who have been waiting for an important parcel coming from their family thousands of miles away! Then I had to go back to their stupid online customer service again to raise this point. All I have got was repetitive questions about how I would like to be contacted and the same lie about having attempted to deliver. It was completely madness. I am so confused and angry. Fedex is supposed to be a big brand in the business and the whole thing about delivery is about trust - I give you my valuables and expect you take it to my loved ones or important clients etc in one piece and on time. My experience has just been the opposite. I don’t know what would happen on Monday. I spent the whole weekend worrying about the parcel from my family being lost somewhere during the transition. Fedex, you guys should be shamed of yourself. I come from China. There are plenty of reliable, cheap delivery services such as SF and JD and many others who can replace you in any market any time. Fedex should be kicked out of the market by better competition!

If I could leave a zero I would. They seem to hire only grade school dropouts. Ive had 4 packages this year alone be delivered to the wrong address. Everytime I get the picture sent its a guessing game of who's porch in town is this. And thats if they deliver it at all. Also have numerous times it says it will be delivered today, nothing, then tomorrow, still nothing, then the day after you get the picture. It takes manipulating their system to talk to a representative that doesn't even speak English, and they have an attitude and just quote what you already see on the tracking. I really hope they go out of business. Absolutely the worst

Waited all day for delivery. 1 1/2 hours after their delivery time i got a message that my package wad undeliverable due to wrong address. It said it did not have a suite or apartment number. My address does not have a suite or apartment number. Thier website said it tried to deliver my package a 3:08 p.m. I watched their delivery map and the driver NEVER even came down my street! I watched it all day. I contacted FedEx's customer service support and described everything. I needed that package for a trip I was leaving on early the next morning. The customer service rep. said he got the ok to have it delivered that same day. He said the driver would knock on the door so I I would know the package was delivered. Again kept watching their website and it said the package won't be delivered until the next day.I again called customer service and that rep said it won't be delivered until tomorrow. After I was told it would definitely be delivered today. Not only was the address correct on the delivery, the driver never came within a few miles of my address and one rep said it would be delivered while the next rep said not until tomorrow. Nothing g but lies and excuses. I will never have a package delivered by fedex. I will request any delivery service but fedex.

Would give zero stars if possible. I orders paper from a paper company. How on earth is it that the packaging looks like it was dragged along the asphalt through its entire journey and the packaging around the reams of paper inside? Completely torn up. I dont care how fast they might deliver something. I wish companies would stop using them so that the stuff I receive doesn't get destroyed in the process
This is the third time a FedEx package…
This is the third time a FedEx package was not delivered to me. Nobody knows where the package is and all the responsibility was put on me to contact the shipper. I can see something happening one time but this is the third time. I don’t know where my packages are who got them or anything about them other than I did didn’t receive them. Don’t use FedEx if you can avoid it.
