I’ve had multiple orders from this company for contact lenses. I fly out on holiday tomorrow night and ordered them Tuesday. I was panicking incase they didn’t arrive on time as I have astigmatism so they have to be ordered in. Throughout the wait I was reassured by the customer service team who messaged me back within minutes each time I contacted them. They were very helpful and patient and updated me as soon as they had updates from the manufacturer. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. Brilliant customer service I received.
The contact lenses are absolutely fantastic and perfect for my eyes. The prices are really good because if you look on other websites I guarantee you won’t find this good of quality for a cheaper price ;)
My contact lenses have been dispatched today and I will receive them before I go on holiday and I couldn’t be happier! I ordered them Tuesday, they received them today and shipped them out right away! Delivery is amazing and if they have your contacts in stock there is a next day delivery option! Definitely worth it I won’t be going nowhere else!
I’d also like to say I have ordered prescription glasses from this place too and have been brilliant quality and fast delivery! Amazing company.
