Quite Bad Customer Service
I am a consistent Feel Good contacts customer for about a few years now. I have never had an issue, orders usually always come next day and in great shape. However, I recently had an experience that changed my perspective completely. I ordered a new box of Dailies Total 1 contacts and after trying they were irritating my eye, after taking out I realised there was a hole in my contact lens.
I reached out to customer service for a refund on this order as not the level of service I expect. I was told to use the rest of the potential faulty box? The person I dealt with was also quite insensitive to my issue, he seemed to blame me buying a new type of contact lens for my eye irritation. This was quite upsetting as I felt like the grave issue was not addressed that there is a potential faulty batch of contacts which the manufacturer should be notified of. I also had to essentially beg for a refund, as he initially told me I need to use the rest of this faulty batch and come back to customer service with how many were faulty so I can be refunded according to that? This is ridiculous customer service and not at all what I expected especially when it comes to the health of your eyes. It is something I take really seriously and honestly will not be buying from Feel Good again after this experience.

No response from customer service and paying extra for next day delivery (before then waiting 3 days for delivery)
The contact lenses themselves were fine. But I paid extra for Next Day Delivery and delivery took 3 working days. Worse than this though is the fact that I contact them twice about this and received absolutely no response. So I've moved to Lens Store who delivered within 16 hours of me placing the order and they're incredibly responsive to emails.
