Customer service is non existent, they just don’t bother replying. Had a box of defective lenses and emailed them over a month ago, still nothing done. Hideous service.

A fabulous service

Contacts and solutions arrived fine but...
Contacts and solutions arrived fine. I wanted to order 1 box of the Comfi 2 Weekly but to try but couldn't so ordered 2 boxes. Unfortunately the material doesn't seem to suit my eyes like the Acuvue Oasys. Thought I'd try the advise phone number expecting to chat to someone with some knowledge but just ended up with a foreign call centre so zero help!
