Very impressed with both the service and the quality of the glasses.
I ordered two pairs of prescription glasses with Transitions Gen S lenses. After placing the order, I realised I needed to change my PD measurement. Customer services were very helpful and arranged this before glazing, despite it causing additional work and a delay to the order.
Delivery wasn't the fastest, but the glasses still arrived within around 10 days, even with the change I requested, so I can't fault them for that.
The quality of the finished product is excellent. The lenses are crystal clear, the coatings work brilliantly, and the overall optical quality is noticeably better than other prescription glasses I've owned. The glasses are comfortable, well made and offer excellent value for money.
Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the purchase and will definitely be ordering from Feel Good Contacts again in the future.

Easy to find required lenses
Easy to find required lenses. Fairly priced and I would definitely order again i you changed your delivery operator. I found my soaking wet contact lens package in the garden and even the label on the lens was affected. Lazy delivery service as correct entrance was only 10 paces away.

What a difference a year makes
I used you for years but due to a very rude person on the phone, I left you. I’ve returned after a while as I just could not find the lenses I needed elsewhere. Delivered next day and I’m back and here to stay. Hopefully that rude person has left or that I never have to call lol. Thank you.
