I placed an order on the 14th of June…
I placed an order on the 14th of June and have still not received. I notified feelunique on the 27th of June that the package was not received. I received a quick reply from customer agent Suganya asking that I wait a further 72 hours to see if the package would arrive. There have been no tracking events on Evri since the 20th of June so I knew this was unlikely.
I have emailed 4 times now asking for either a replacement or a refund but haven’t heard anything.
Really disappointed as I feel like previously that this was a great service but can’t see myself ordering again.
Unsure as to whether or not I’ll have to do a chargeback with my bank.
Would recommend avoiding.

5 stars to the customer service for resolving the issue quickly! 1 star to Sephora for the way you can contact them. It was very difficult and frustrating to go past the bot (which offered zero help) to speak to customer service.

Ordered an item on the 13th June for next day delivery and haven’t received it. Replacement item sent out but tracking details seem to be stuck again like initial order. Customer service is atrocious and mostly unresponsive.
Stay well away and shop at reputable company. These very few positive reviews look very fake and forced

Scam website
My order was never shipped even tho I've received an Email confirmation.
They gave me a tracking number, which has not been updated for 2 weeks. I wrote 2 emails to support, but never received a single response.
Zero response, no package, nothing at all. Such a scam website.
How is that even possible? This is illegal and should be reported to the police.
I strongly advise to avoid this website.

No customer support.
FedEx tracking says order has been returned to sender. Zero customer support, I have no idea how to contact them or solve anything. Just use Amazon next time.
Edit: got a response from customer support on the 13th.
Edit 2: Customer service didn't help.
Edit 3: I resolved the issue myself but I probably won't see my products for another 15 days.

Order never received.
Placed order, had confirmation of despatch with tracking. 2 to 5 days they said, two weeks later, nothing, although tracking said it had left Wharehouse. Messaged customer services, no reply. Tracking never changed, still the same, message CS, no reply. Then a on the 23rd had an email saying they had refunded the payment. No apology, no explanation, nothing! But the email giving the refund, stated I had returned the parcel, completely untrue, never received!

I have not use Feel unique since it becomes Sephora UK. But I am very pleased with the customer service. Due to significant time I haven't use the website, I placed an order with a previous delivery address. I was able to contact the customer care to swiftly recall the dispatched order and placed another replacement order to the new address. I rate it 5 star service! Thank you very much
Customer Service is a Joke . No return Option from Ireland …
They need to have a proper customer service . They have no option to return to Ireland but yet they sell to Ireland . They are a disgrace .

Misleading order. I put in discount and said item was included at checkout! I sent a screenshot to customer service showing them this and I purchased with this in mind.
As others mentioned only reply once a negative review is given. 5 days to respond, misleading selling and terrible customer service won't order again!
