Been nearly 2 weeks waiting for my order . Absolute joke. no updates on shipping. Don’t be lying on your website saying you get it after 2-3 days of dispatch. Absolute waste of time and money. If I don’t get my parcel soon or money back I’ll be going further with this. NEVER SHOP FROM THEM AGAIN. Absolute scammers.

Parcel was dispatched on 6th of May but never moved after being handed over to the courier (which seems to be a common complaint)
It took three days to get an email response after I queried it's whereabouts. I asked for a replacement two days ago but no response...i really would like those products.

Zero out of 10 for customer service
Over two weeks from initial order, goods not received, no response to emails to customer services department. I previously purchased from Feelunique in the past with no problem, however it looks like following acquisition by LVMH/Sephora, this business is on the way out. Annoyed at myself since I had actually previously checked and seen the recent poor reviews on Trustpilot, but forgot when I placed my order. I won't make that mistake again... Perhaps one day I will receive my order or a refund. Who knows... Customer service dire, I would avoid this company, there are clearly fundamental operational problems. Updated: the day after leaving this review I received an email from vendor stating my parcel must have got lost in the post and a refund was provided.

No product, no refund, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
EDIT: After I posted this review, the company finally refunded my money.
I purchased a product that was never delivered, although FedEx marked it as delivered. I have tried at least 10 times contacting this pathetic company. Email and messenger. A bot responded to my first email and said "your item has been delivered". NO MORE communication after that. FedEx says the only entity that can file a claim is Feelunique. I guess that product and $$ is gone. Horrendous scam company with ZERO customer service. Beware.

Still not received delivery 2 weeks later
Similar to a lot of other posters here, meant to receive my delivery 2 days from dispatch, its now been over 2 weeks since ordering. No tracking update since supposedly handed over to the courier on the 8th. Want a refund, will never shop again. Typical The Hut Group who never seem to adhere to their delivery expectations.

Have not received my parcel
Have not received my parcel. I have been ignored for almost 3 weeks. The Courrier has left it in the close and even took a picture if it, but when I came back home from work, the parcel was not there.
I have sent numerous emails, Instagram messages and had no proper response.
Please issue me a replacement parcel.
I have never dealt with such terrible customer service.

Seems like they will only reply if you leave a bad review. My parcel has not progressed in transit since being handed over to the courier. Its not even left the UK. It was suppose to be with me within three workimg days from dispatch and its been almost two weeks since dispatch and over two weeks since i purchased. I want a refund at this point and customer care is not getting back to me no matter how i try to reach them. Absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered on the third of May, tracking has not updated since that day and the tracking doesn’t even work. It’s been more 10 days. I've tried to contact customer service so many times and recieved nothing but auto-replies. The parcel didn’t arrived, it’s like my order doesn’t even exist. Terrible.

Ordered on the third of May, apparently it dispatched on the fourth, tracking has not updated since the 8th despite the alleged 2 day delivery. I've attempted to contact customer service twice and recieved nothing but auto-replies. Will never shop here again, terrible service.

I got the order
I got the order, and after going through a lot of twists and turns, it was finally returned to the UK according to the address on the return label, but the express delivery has been showing that the delivery cannot be completed, showing that the delivery failed, and the delivery has failed twice. I contacted the after-sales mailbox of the website and sent emails, but there was no response and no one replied. In a disguised form, my return can only fail. It's infuriating, and out of all the shopping experiences, this is the worst shopping experience I've ever had. To reflect the situation here, the response I got was that they sent me an email, but I actually did not receive any response email at all. It is certain that my email address has not blocked the email address of this website. This failed return can only make me lose the purchased product.

Still ghosting me and not refunding my undelivered parcel
It seems that posting here is the only way to get a bit of attention. I left a negative review about one week ago and the most concerning thing is that they don't learn from mistakes! I've got a reply stating they opened an investigation to track my undelivered parcel! I asked for updates 3 times and they could not care less to reply!
Please refund my order! I don't want to waste more time with you. The next communication will be sent by my legal representative.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my whole life! I placed an order or 9/4/23 and still have not received it and the order cannot be tracked. When I emailed feel unique in regards to my missing order I have received no reply. I just want a refund at this stage I am so disappointed
