no return label in the paket

i didn't have a return label in the parcel i write to customer support and although i have described that there was no return label in the parcel i receive a standardised reply that i should simply fill in my return label in order to send the parcel. if i reply to this email with i don't have a label, i receive another standardised reply that they might have the mercy to reply to me at some point.

i have tried three times to get this process going.

i will never buy here again. this process is the least you can expect from online shops. simply bad service for overpriced products.

Parts of the item missing and no response

I ordered 2 argilla lamps and 1 of them was missing the actual lamp and cord - only the marble arrived. When I informed them that there were missing parts from the package they could’t understand what I was talking about, as if they were unaware of their own product’s parts. Eventually they stopped responding to me and I haven’t heard anything from them since. I highly doubt they will be sending the missing parts.

Update: Even after responding to me here asking me to contact them again, I reached out and they are still ignoring me. I’ve never encountered such terrible customer service from a legitimate company.

Awful experience - do not order

Awful experience, waiting for refund for 3 weeks and they dont reply to any amount of emails.
Communications suck, nobody actually cares about your problem let alone trying to solve it and they cant handle their own shipping logistics.

Term - Terrible experience ordering from this…

Terrible experience ordering from this company. Three shades for lamps that I bought were not sent with them. When I realised, they blamed it on the delivery company and asked me to chase it up. Then with further effort on my part they realised that they were actually out of stock for these shades but sold them to me anyway :/ Then they still insisted I write further emails to their complaints department to get a solution, for this problem they created. Twelve emails later and three phone calls over the course of weeks and they have ignored my request for a refund and I have still been given no indication for when I will be receiving the parts of the order I paid for.

Waiting for a refund for over a month

Waiting for a refund for over a month. Had to send the package back and pay £20 for shipping. First they said they didn't get confirmation from the warehouse, then they claimed they needed a customs confirmation. I'm still waiting.... Do not recommend ordering from them.

Excruciatingly Slow Refund

Still waiting for a refund for a set of products that were delivered to them almost 2 weeks ago. They have now stopped responding to emails. Disgusting customer experience.

The response below is misleading, contact has been made and no refund has been issued.

Love the kids collection

This is the 2’nd purchase I make. Both products and delivery were great. Arrived in a few days in Romania and delivered to the door.
Love the kids collection, wish they would have more things for small babies.
