I have been purchasing Ferm Living products for the past ten years...rugs, accent tables, pillows....so far I have loved everything received, the quality is very good and the designs are beautiful.

I bought the seafood ‘menu’ for my grandson to play with. Very pleased with the product which arrived well packaged.

We received our order without any delay and it was well packaged avoiding any damage to our items and avoiding any returns.The items we purchased were from the Ferm Living sale and a total bargain!

Good bits
- the glass shades are nice and well made

Bad bits
- The light fittings do not come with any form of chandelier hook or base. You will need to provide this yourself.

- The plastic pendant base has no grub screw to hold it in place. This will mean the pendant base will slowly loosen from the ceiling.

- One of the glass shades delivered did not hang straight. We were told this was normal and expected😐

- The three items above were all related back to customer service. Their response was underwhelming.

- The off colour flex(cable) that comes with the pendant does not match with the white lampholder or pendant base making the cable look dirty.

If you are looking for well made glass shades then this company may be for you but your pendants elsehwere.

Ferm Living have beautiful interior design items including furniture. However for their furniture they offer curbside delivery only and what is worse this is not communicated to the online customer at any stage of the transaction. On the contrary the invoice the customer gets states Home delivery from GLS. The actual company they use is DB Schenken and their agreement is to leave all items at street level. There is no option to pay an additional fee to get the furniture delivered at the customer’s actual flat level. I am an architect and have lived in 2 countries and never had a furniture curbside delivery from any store. Lastly when I contacted the customer service they just told me that curbside delivery is stated in their Terms and Conditions despite what my invoice says. I’m very disappointed with the overall experience, inconvenience caused and customer service response and won’t be buying or specifying furniture again from Ferm Living.

One tiny thing, I expected the ceiling lights to come with cable and fittings. It wasnt clear to me that these have to be bought as extras.

The delivery was messy, I had to call several times because they had forgotten to ship some parts. The fact that they make you assemble your own furniture given the price is unbelievable. Awful quality. The assembling system simply doesn’t work. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR BUY AGAIN.

Last summer, I made two purchases that left me thoroughly disappointed. Firstly, I splurged approximately £85 on a cushion from 2121 shop in London. Around the same time, I ordered a shower curtain from an online retailer, both of which initially seemed like great additions to my home décor. However, my enthusiasm quickly waned as both products started showing alarming signs of wear and tear within just a few months.

The cushion, despite its hefty price tag, began to fray prematurely, failing to meet even the basic standards of durability. As for the shower curtain, it quickly became a breeding ground for stubborn black mold, resistant to all my efforts to clean it. While I understand that some level of mold is expected over time, the sheer extent of it suggests a fundamental flaw in the material choice for the curtain.

Disappointed with the quality of both items, I reached out to Ferm Living directly, providing them with detailed photos showcasing the issues. However, their response was disheartening. Despite my valid concerns and evidence, they simply redirected me to the retailer, refusing to take responsibility for their subpar products.

Even when I proposed a reasonable solution, suggesting a replacement with something more durable instead of seeking a refund, they remained adamant in their refusal. It's frustrating to encounter such lackluster customer service and disregard for customer satisfaction.

In conclusion, I regret my purchases from Ferm Living and consider their products to be a poor investment, offering little value for the exorbitant prices charged. This experience has certainly deterred me from considering future purchases from this brand.

Living in UK, parcel never arrived. Customer service very unhelpful, keeps saying they are checking with the warehouse (?!) and not doing anything. I ordered quite an expensive thing and lost my money. I highly NOT recommend.

Vuelta lamp dimmer switch was temperamental from the moment I received my lamp. Impossible to change the light strength to what you actually would like.

A few years later and the lamp has stopped working completely. I believe its a fault with the cable and plug as the bulb sparks up for a second then cuts out when I plug it in. Neither supplier HUH nor manufacturer Ferm offer replacements of plugs or cables and I have read you cannot even change the bulb.

So it seems now this beautiful 200 lamp is completely useless. So disappointed as Ferm is one of my favourite companies who I loved shopping with.

A really poor service if you live in the U.K. Expensive and difficult returns - very little support and long delivery times. I will never buy from them again. Customer service poor.
