Useless customer service.
Our WIFI has been out of use for one week now.

Approx 1 month ago (Early July 2022) I requested to cancel a part of my overall Fibia package (TV) because I was not using it enough. I received a confirmation from my request a few days after I sent it that my TV package would be cancelled from 06.08 and that I should return any equipment provided. The only equipment I have is a built in Fibia router box into my apartment that was installed as part of a deal the building I live in had with Fibia when it was built, so no problem there, nothing to return and I did not receive anything requesting a return either in the post.
But what I did get is a bill at the start of August, which was paid automatically from my bank account without being cancelled or changed by the Fibia customer service agent when they cancelled my TV package almost 3 weeks before that bills requested payment date was. It is for 3 months of future internet and TV for the next 3 months (Aug-Oct) for a large amount of money, the largest part of that bill is for TV services that have now been cut off in my home.
I would like the refund of the money for the Waoo Stor TV-pakke, I was charged for the period after 06.08 to 31.10 immediately.
Normally I had an ok experience with Fibia and I am actually still a customer with the internet package for now, but I cannot stand companies billing practices when it comes to cancelling a part of or all of a subscription to something and somehow they seem to manage to end up taking money anyway.
