Terrible customer service
This company will delay issuing a refund and cancellation of your policy if you attempt to cancel within your 30 day look-back period. I received absolutely NO communication and had to call over and over again yet was given no actual written confirmation of cancellation or refund. I have called more than 8 times and have NEVER received a single reply from their customer service team to the numerous emails. Even if they offered the best rate, which they did not, I would not keep a policy through this company simply due to the terrible customer service and lack of response.

The rep actually took the time to explain everything. That included the fact that if the policy you buy is not a whole life policy, the price will eventually rise. I appreciated that.
This company was great to work with. The rep. explained everything and even did a follow-up to make sure I got everything. Excellent experience.
