Purchase at your own risk - No CS!

I really wanted to like this company. Placed a few orders with them. They offer No Customer Service, their product quality control is inefficient, and they take zero accountability when contacted about faulty products. They sold a defective item, and although the issue was only noticed after the return/refund window, i received no response to my several emails informing them of the problem, inquiring only as to whether they had a suggestion for me on how to resolve this moving forward. Previous orders' returns were processed in an incomplete manner, with partial refund, forcing me again to email 'CS' to sort out. It wasn't hard deciding not to purchase from them again, since the items i had purchased, were ultimately overpriced, truly of average quality. It's been quite a while, but i'm writing this now, after being prompted by one of their unsolicited emails.

Filippa K is under reconstruction?

I would suppose that Filippa K is under reconstruction or facing bankruptcy, as it is impossible to get the things, I have ordered and paid for sent to me. I have tried reordering, writing to CS - but nothing helps. Really disappointed with this service or lack of such!

Never again!

I have rarely experienced customer service as appalling as at Filippa K – particularly with their employee Andrea, who demonstrated nothing but incompetence, copy-paste replies, and a complete lack of understanding of the situation. Despite multiple clear explanations from my side, parcels were confused, facts ignored, and critical questions simply left unanswered.

One of the parcels from my order (FK00282943) has gone missing according to DHL. Although I provided screenshots and tracking evidence and repeatedly pointed out that only the sender can initiate a DHL investigation, I was strung along for days with vague responses and evasive replies.

I returned the remaining items over two weeks ago and still haven’t received a refund. My follow-up emails have been completely ignored.

To make matters worse, I was refused a return in the Berlin Filippa K store because I allegedly had “too many items.” There is no mention of such a policy anywhere on their website. On top of that, no return form was included in my parcel, which made initiating a return impossible without their support.

The company’s accessibility is a joke: the phone number leads to a message telling you to send an email – which then goes unanswered. The live chat also redirects to email, which in practice means: silence.

Filippa K currently owes me nearly €5,000.

Conclusion: Expensive products paired with utterly unprofessional and customer-hostile service. I strongly advise against ordering from this brand. Never again.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service – No Refund or Response

I returned two items over three weeks ago, and to date, I have received no acknowledgment, confirmation of receipt, or refund even if the package has reached their warehouse over two weeks ago.

I have contacted Filippa K’s customer service multiple times via email, phone, and chat with no response whatsoever. I even sent a formal notice of legal action, which was also ignored.

I expected much better from a brand of this reputation. This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating, and I would strongly caution other customers before making a purchase.

Terrible delivery & customer service!

Terrible delivery & customer service!
Ordered items that were delivered by DHL, but at a parcel shop which is over 4km away from my house. Complained to DHL, who couldn't help it and I refused to travel this far to pick it up. Complained to Filippa K afterwards. Parcel was returned after I have not picked up.

3 weeks later, still no confirmation of the return being received and no refund received either. Customer service does not respond to e-mails and is unavailable via chat or telephone.

PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.

So far perfect

I have always bought Filippa k clothes and have always been happy with the quality . It’s maybe a bit expensive but you keep it for a long time . At least for most of their items . Only basic shirt and sneakers ages quite fast . Their knitwear on the other side are really good quality . I had one time one experience with client service for a problem with a shoe and they refund me directly .

I have had a horrible experience

I have had a horrible experience. I made two of the same order by mistake. I was told I couldn't cancel one of the orders even though I requested it within minutes. This was more than a month ago. I still haven't received my package(s)? There are delivery fees to be paid and they don't want to pay them. The also told me not to pay cause it is supposed to be free shipping over 200 USD. I have no idea what happened to my order (s). I just know that I have been charged in total 1200 USD for more than a month and I have not received a single item. Fraudulent company.

I have genuinely begged their customer…

I have genuinely begged their customer service to reply to me over the course of 8 months so I can return a faulty jumper to them. The jumper was expensive and I just want my money back. I used to be such a big fan of Filippa K and I’d tell all my friends to shop there, but now I wouldn’t shop there. Please save your stress, time and money and shop elsewhere.

I am very worried as i have received my…

I am very worried as i have received my coat in a battered condition! Thanks to Ups delivering it in a damaged box and also filipa k didn’t even bother wrapping it up in paper! And i made two separate orders because i thought this was a reputable designer! And I’m facing the same issue! No response from their phone number as i am calling outside of working hours, which i am not! And now i am out of £880! I can not let this go !

ANY customer service at all?

Hello dear team, i am concerned about a return i made more than 2 weeks ago and which seems to be still in transit. I contacted customer service both via email and chat to find out what is going on with my return. No reply after 3 days. I called customer service today (12 july 2023, 11:42 am Berlin time) and a machine is telling me i am calling outside the working hours - which is not true!! Is there ANY way to get in touch with the customer service at filippa k? Do you recommend letters via regular post? I am concerned about my return and I would like to remain a customer, but I would need filippa k to offer customer service. Can you do that please? Thank you. Diana N

Beautiful sweater

Just bought a sweater from FK and I thought I'd write a review as it's my new favourite item of clothing- beautiful colour, perfect fit and really good quality. I did check Trustpilot's reviews of the company before I ordered it (as it was coming from Sweden to the UK) and I was concerned having read the reviews, but it was dispatched quickly and arrived in about 4 days with no issues at all. I contacted Customer Services with a query beforehand and I think they do have an issue in that department as I didn't get a reply for about 10 days (during which time the sweater actually sold out, though luckily one come back in stock later), but other than that my experience with them has been really good.

Terrible customer service

Unfortunately I have to agree with the poor reviews about non-existent customer service. I returned a pair of trousers three weeks ago; they were delivered back to their warehouse two weeks ago (ups confirmed) and no refund has been processed. I hope they process it soon especially as it is pre-Christmas season.

I purchased a pair of trousers from Filippa K and they arrived a few weeks ago and didn't fit me. I have followed their return procedures and added the return label they provided and send this back with UPS. The package is now held at UPS deport in dover as they are waiting for details from the company, an outstanding invoice. This is now 2 since i sent this back and no one is coming back to me from their customer service, Marketing team or general inquiry email address. You can't get through to them on any numbers listed on their website i have caleld them several times the last week. I am beyond shocked about this lack of communication and information. UPS have also tried to contact them the last week and have had no response either. This is two weeks ago and I have no update on my refund and the package is now currently stuck at custom. On your website it looks like you have a uk based office but this doesn't seem to be the case since UPS is waiting for custom fees to be settled befor they can release the package. I feel lost and these trousers have costed me £175

Worst customer service!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Ordered 31.oct and was supposed to receive a shipment confirmation in a few days, haven’t heard anything since. I contacted customer service twice, but did not receive a proper response (they told me the delivery must have reached me by now?), strange since the item was not sent yet. Contacted them again and then no answer at all. Suddenly my order was canceled without any further information, after 3,5 weeks of waiting.
