Non-existent customer service
Hi,
Filippa K items are really good quality but the customer service is non-existent. I tried to return the order partially via UPS but it was returned to me after 2 weeks. It has been few weeks now and I have no answers from the customer service nor any of the phone lines mentioned on their website work. I am stuck with unwanted goods which were quite pricey. Please do not order online!
Timeless and sustainable
Love this brand and I have many dresses, shirts, sweaters and a coat. The pieces are costly but timeless. The quality is very good most of the time, although pieces made out of tencel brake down after a while. The sizing is a bit weird sometimes (the oversized pieces are very oversized if you don’t size down).
Highly recommended
Figured out there was a stitch loose in the only pants I brought for a business trip. I wrote customer service and they were amazing and fast to reply and solve my issue. Love Filippa K trousers and amazing work from the customer service. Highly recommended.
difficult delivery with UPS, Filippa K costumer service very helpful however
I ordered two packages. On both UPS charged me with duties (even though Filippa K states on their website that all duties are already included in the price). However, Filippa K costumer service responded within 2days and refunded me the total cost of the charged duties. Then UPS told me that they lost BOTH packages. Again the costumer service was really helpful and in the end the packages were not lost but simply stuck at the border. The clothes of Filippa K have a great quality and their costumer service is extremely nice, therefore 4stars, but be aware that the delivery may come with some annoying complications.

Excellent service, beautiful clothes, not cheap but fit amazingly and don’t crease, ideal for travel. So easy to return especially in current circumstances

I ordered an item for € 147 on june 15, my order got cancelled so I reordered the same item trusting that such a big company would be serious and refund me my money soon... New item ordered, they send me some s**t link in SWEDISH for f**ks sake that doesn't even work. They said they already refunded me the money in a email which was NOT the case. I wrote them a email about more than a week ago with NO response, tried to call them but I could NOT get anyone on the phone. Till this day I haven't recieved my item and they haven't refunded my € 294. FILIPPA K IS A SCUM BAG AND HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I'M NEVER ORDERING AGAIN
Customer Service?
I ordered two items from Filippa K, on 28th May. Tracking details have not been updated since that day.
If you want to preserve your sanity do not contact their Customer service department. They do not respond to my numerous requests for information.
I have an idea, as to why their service is so poor. I contacted the CEO of the company by email... No response!
Customer service is very very bad
Customer service is very very bad. A t-shirt had holes in them after wearing just a few times. No washing. After emailing Filippa K i did not get any response. It took me two weeks. Finally got some response. They asked me for some info and than for two weeks no response. Than they asked me for the garment code. But after one month I trew away the t shirt. Than i was told off like a little kid and did not get any replies on my email anymore. Now i am trying to contact them by tel, but answering machine says that nobody is available. Very poor very poor. Truly dissatisfied after being a customer for more than years.
Very unfortunate customer service
Very poor customer service. On two different occasions, I was charged for international taxes upon receiving my shipments, totaling nearly $400. UPS informed me that Filippa K indicated on the shipment that the customer would be paying upon receipt.
When I refused the first shipment, I was told by Filippa K customer service that this was a mistake, and I would be refunded as soon as the package returned to Sweden. The representative was very kind, but I never received the refunds. Unable to get in touch with Filippa after multiple messages, I called UPS. They informed me that Filippa refused to pay the shipping to return the package to Sweden. I had to get my bank involved in order to dispute charges.
It’s unfortunate. They have beautiful clothing, and I would have been a long term customer. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they didn’t handle the situation with fairness or integrity. I ended up losing money.

I would give this company 0 stars if that was possible. My t-shirts were falling apart after a few days, not even joking, I had several. Didn't even wash one pair, also got holes in them. So much for sustainability and quality clothing. No customer service. None. There is no one there. Anywhere. Scammed out of hundreds of euros. Horrible company. There is no redeeming this.
3 months and no refund.
Changed the review to 2 stars from 1, only because the outcome was positive in the end.
I was waiting 3 months to be paid back a partial refund that was confirmed in late November 2019.
Absolutely no response from emails sent to customer service. Impossible getting through to customer services as no one answers the UK line. I have also tried the Swedish lines for head office and no one picks up there either.
UPDATE: using the message box (accessed through chat on their website) I finally had a response and the refund is now being processed. Don’t try calling them or emailing their customer services. They don’t receive messages that way it seems. But if you use the message box that gets a dialogue going. Worked for me eventually.

I have been a loyal Filippa K fan for years and years. At least half of my wardrobe is Filippa k! Great design, fit and material.
Horrible company
Horrible company. Horrible return management! Horrible, webshop experience. If you want a professinal company don´t ever chose this one. The quality standard of their clothing appears only to be good for Swedes, they are after all not used to any quality at all. Company apperently likes to paint green, transparent, and social image in order to raise sale for poor quality, but expensive clothing, and the worst standard of service, communication, and return process, I have ever experienced. Don´t bother if you want to save yourself a really bad experience.
