I bought the Corvette Stingray driving experience for my husband's birthday this month. However, when he rang you to book a date and location a few days after receiving it, he was told that this car was no longer available. He was very disappointed, as he has always loved this car. We did receive a prompt full refund, which was appreciated. However, I have just checked your website today, prior to writing this review and I am rather concerned to see that this experience is still available to book. Please remove it to prevent more people being disappointed.

I always struggle to buy for my three adult children and their partners, so Find Me A Gift is a real blessing for me. Some wonderful experiences on offer, quick and easy to purchase, all very efficient and fun.

I was sent the wrong item and then the correct item did not arrive in time for Christmas. I wasn’t offered a reduction in price or anything.

'Personalised keepsake box' - It's the shoddiest product that I actually feel embarrassed to present it to my dad for his 90th birthday. The product description boasts " built to last" and "sturdy hinges", but that is so not true. It's made of very flimsy wood that feels like it might break after a few times of opening/closing it. I get that I'm paying partly for the novelty, but at £25 I'd expect a reasonable quality too. I did contact the company to request a partial refund due to the exaggerated product description - if they had given me a voucher I would at least give the company a second chance, but they didn't so I'm not going to risk buying from them again. They did say I could return it but I have to pay for the postage - but the package is massive (fragile so lots of padding is needed) and I'm a wheelchair user so I'm not sure if it will be worth the cost or effort of returning it. I won't buy from them again.

The gifts I bought were in stock, delivered promptly and exactly as they were described.

They sent wrong personalised items, items arrived after Christmas even after asking for them to arrive before so sent back. Returns process was difficult & had to chase to get a refund.

I ordered a voucher for switch but no where on website does it say can’t be used in New Zealand. It was a Christmas present. I contacted you over a week ago and have had no response other than do you still need assistance! I replied Yes I’ve heard nothing

I bought ten small items as 'snowball' gifts from the Elves, for a family get together between Christmas and New year.
They were all reasonably priced, arrived nice and quickly and of decent quality.
Every member of the get together were thrilled with their gift

I never received my goods despite chasing several times with Evri and you make it impossible to contact yourselves!

Can only give 1 star as of yet as can’t get in contact with them as they took the money and still haven’t sent me the voucher that was a EVoucher so should of been emailed right away it’s was for my parents for Christmas and still nothing as of today

My order was delivered totally scratched where the engraving was. Customer service poor at the very best. Will never use again. I contacted customer services several times and this wasn’t resolved

I thought I was ordering from Lottie Shaws but for some unknown reason Find me a gift came up. I ordered a Xmas present on the 3rd December. Paid £5.95 for fast delivery. Created an account and the information stated that the present would be sent out on the 12th December. By the 21st there was still no sign of my gift being delivered. When I contacted the company they stated that it had been passed on to a delivery company and they would chase up a tracking number. They haven’t contacted me since.🤔 When I phoned to request a refund this was accepted and received a few days later. I’ve never before encountered such a lack’s a daisy couldn’t care less company. Flabbergasted!
