Easy to order. Bagpuss arrived quickly as promised and arrived well packed. My granddaughter fell in love with my Bagpuss, so I thought I would get her an identical one. Priced just below most other suppliers

I needed to find a couple of secret Santa gifts and find me a gift had a good selection.
Even though the delivery time was 3-5 days, the order came 2 days later even though I ordered very late in the evening, which was brilliant.
The items were well packaged and of good quality.
All expectations were exceeded! Excellent service.

Awful
Awful. Broken frame. I’m quite good at navigating returns policies and they have made this impossible to return even though it’s broken. Find me a gift are one of the worst of online sellers. Don’t use find me a gift.
Response suggested I contact them to resolve but no contact details can be found anywhere on the website. I would have done this on the first place if there had been. Even worse than just not responding. Definitely awful and definitely avoid them.

I was set the wrong item . It was delt with quickly, I was told that I replacement would be sent . A few days later I looked on line and saw that the item was out of stock. I then informed you and was sent an apology and a refund. But if I hadn't looked then informed you I would still be waiting for a replacement.
