I ordered sneakers on Dec.11th, they were a Christmas gift, According to their automated customer service it was shipped on Dec.15. Never got confirmation email. UPS could only tell me the label was created. Customer service finally told me it was lost in transit and now the product was out of stock, but they took my money and never notified me about the lost package. I had to call to get answers and make sure they credit me.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Rude rep on the phone. Scammers on rush and overnight fees. Don’t pay for any extra shipping, they will not have your merchandise delivered on time. Never shopping and giving these terrible line my money.

I bought a 200 dollars nike shoes on 12/8/2021 today is 12/29/2021 and they are already broken 😑. I just used 3 times and they are already broke. Sad, frustrated. Dont buy online. Very bad experience.
Online order lost
My order was placed on 12/10/21. I waited on hold today for a total of 2 and a half hours to finally understand that my order was lost and of course now my item is out of stock. The customer care line was not worried about any inconvenience or anything. Needless to say my niece won’t be getting her shoes for Christmas and I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Won’t be ordering anything online with this company.
Terrible customer support...
Received the wrong size so I returned it they said they had the right size in stock and would send it in 2 days, 9 days later with no update on my order I contact customer support 4 days in a row with no help or clear answer where my order is I had proof of delivery from ups that my order had returned to them 4 days prior then finally the 4th day trying to contact them and figure out my return they tell me my order is now out of stock😂 what a joke of a customer support and business!

Horrible experience. Tis the season for orders to arrive messed up . I order 2 pair of Minnetonka slippers for my aunt who is pretty much wheel chair confine so keep her feel warm is a must . I was pretty reluctant to order because there has been many times my orders have been messed up so I haven’t ordered in over 3 years .My Aunt wanted these so bad so I took a chance only to have my time wasted . The first pair arrived quick however were the wrong shoe . I called customer service was offered a $20 code , plus a replacement was supposedly ordered however I had to send the wrong pair back , that I understood even though I had to take off work to reach a UPS in time . Still no replacement has arrived . Finish line should be able to see that I’ve sent the wrong pair I received back . UPS does have tracking numbers!! Now on to my second pair I just knew they would get this one right . Omg they arrived dirty . I called was offered another $20 code but would have to send them back . We trashed them . I am not about to use unpaid time to return some dirty shoes !! Contacted customer care about the replacement of the first pair and said I see it was reorders but we have not received the wrong ones mind you back yet . Really finish line. I went on facebook messenger to try to reach someone and I got a simply sorry !!!. We are so done with finish line . Please train the whoever ships out the item to consider asking themselves first how would they feel after years of messed service . 2 $20 pairs of shoes aren’t a big deal to me however they are to my aunt . worst experience I've ever had at a retail store
we ordered the shoes for my kids and it took 2 months for them to get to us so much that we had forgotten about it. When they got to the house they didn't fit the kids anymore they sat in their closets and we decided to go to the store and not even return them we just wanted to exchange them for the kids. The store manager at palisades didn't offer any help but just told us to call customer service because their return policy is 45 days, I looked at her and told her it took longer than 45 days for us to receive the shoes, I just want to exchanged them to something that would fit them. Nothing, she didn't care at all. Called customer service they couldn't even find my order even thought I still have the receipt for it, they told me I could try sending it back to them but that they can't promise that they would take it. I don't get it, how are you suppose to be " customer first store" if you can't managed to do an exchange for a customer who buys shoes from you all the time. I'm over all disappointed with everything. Will never go back to this store. It's just sad

Horrible experience with Finish lines online services. Would highly recommend not to order from. I had ordered shoes in January after 3 weeks when my shoes hadn't yet arrived I inquired what the matter was. They said there had been an issue and that they would be sending them again. Another month went by and still no shoes. At this point I was getting frustrated and emailed and called to see what was going on they assured me that I would be getting my shoes within the next 3 business days. However when that didn't happen I had had enough and asked them to just give me a full refund since I was fed up with the situation. I was told I would receive my money back within 6-7 business days. So I was content. Until about 3 weeks later when I checked and no money was in my bank account. I had to call 2 more times with the same result. Finally, I threatened to involve the police and even talked to a higher-up member yet after 4 months of ordering a product from this service I had neither received my money back nor had I received any shoes. it wasn't until I involved my bank and they sent in a claim for my money that I finally received a refund. Now I will never buy anything from finishline again that's for sure.

I was ignored by every sales associate for 15 minutes and when I looked in mirror I realized I was wearing my thin blue line hat. Did a little switch and gave my daughter the shoe to ask for a size, was helped right away. I went to register to pay and the cashier was standing right in front of me, no line, would not help me until I made a bit of loud response that Im waiting to pay. Will never patronize finish line again! Shame on you and all management!

Ordered shoes. Showed up online as processing for 5 days. Received email that Finish Line canceled order. No explanation. Now scrambling to find same shoes for grandson's gift this week. Will never order from Finish Line again.

I wish I could give zero stars. This company is a joke. You place an order get tracking info only to be told a complete lie about it being delivered. You call customer service and barely understand what they are saying. They over talk you. This company is holding shoes for family and friends and then make you fill out an affidavit like you’re lying about not receiving your order. Bad!!! Not customer friendly at all!!! Been waiting over a week for a tracking number and the Reps are not people friendly at all. Still no ETA or idea when they will be shipped and I was refused a expedited shipping for the order which should be offered since I have already waited.
Poor Customer Retention
A few months back I tweeted about my dislike with the Finishline app because of the lack of functionality that allowed you to actually purchase a hot sneaker during the drop. To backtrack, I have had a Finishline account for many years and have boosted my status reward points by spending thousands of dollars with the company. Recently, my status account was deactivated and after calling the customer service line several times, I was informed that it was because my account was flagged as a reseller. No courtesy email or phone call. I currently had 1500+ rewards points from spending my money and also a $20 reward that I used my hard earned points to obtain.
It is important to note that it states nowhere on their terms and agreements that you are not allowed to purchase a sneaker from them and sell it or gift it forward. How absurd of a rule!! If I choose to sell what I purchased, worn or unworn, that is my right as a consumer! How dare they reward loyalty to a brand with banning.
I have never used bots or any other scheme to purchase my footwear in store or online. I have purchased sneakers using my account for my wife, kids and relatives, of course. I will never spend time or money with Finishline again. Not recommended as I believe they cancelled my account in retaliation for discrediting their app.
