It got lost but not your fault

I ordered an 80cm Fire Bowl Lid. It arrived packaged really well and it fits perfectly. The Fire Bowl now has a dual life and can be used as a small table when not lit. The fire lid is extremely well made and very stylish. Website was clear and very easy to use, instant email confirmation. Great communication on delivery and

Great product quickly delivered

Well made and exactly what we were looking for. Do not be put off with the cost, you do get what you pay for and this will get so much use over the coming years!

The range of products is impressive and the quality of the model of firepit which I bought is obvious, with thick steel and excellent accessories. So many firepits on sale in the market are really flimsy or too small. This was neither. I was especially impressed with the sales team's service. I asked if it was possible to expedite the delivery from 2 weeks to something less, and they got it to me 2 days later, in time for Easter holiday weekend!

Firepits expedited our delivery for a family trip this Saturday Easter and it proved an immediate success. Nice solid thick steel construction is pleasing to use. No air vents in the bottom gives an extended long and hot burn with no mess. Would definitely recommend especially as it is made in the UK and made to last.

Great service with humans to talk to as well,and delivered early in time for Easter.

Great company to deal with I ordered a 70cm Dia classis firepit for my 60th birthday. It's a very high-quality product, not like the Chinese tat in the garden centers.
The sales office was a pleasure to deal with, so will be purchasing some accessories in the near future! 100% recommend this company and it's based in the UK which is a bonus as I try and spend my money only in the UK .. so yes, very pleased

I wanted the fire pit in a hurry and that’s exactly what they did for me 🎉, Luckily it was in stock. Bought the 80cms, which is a great size, we’ll be using the grill this weekend and I’m looking forward to see how it works as a barbq. Really pleased to know it’s got a 10th at warrantee as it’s going to be kept outside with the flat lid, in a coastal location. Hopefully it survives the elements.

Very easy to order. Very quick delivery, it only took 9 days from ordering to delivery. I ordered the Plain Jane 90cm with the lid and feet. The quality of the fire pit greatly exceeds my expectations. I would whole heartly recommend Firepits UK to everyone.
