I am very happy with my purchase. Checked the full dimensions with the company before purchasing to make sure it was right for me. Product was exactly as described.
We had a few challenges putting it up due to our uneven chimney breast but a little bit of adjusting was all that was required.

We loved the quality of the wood and the way it looked. Unfortunately there wasn't enough gap left behind the screw holes so we had to route out some extra. We also found the holes had zero tolerance when lining them up, for a professional that's fine but we struggled a bit. We wanted to order the shelves to match but it was too expensive. Everything else was great, thank you.

Made to measure oak fire surround, true to the requested dimensions. Lovely finish to the wood, fitted perfectly and easily and very happy. Correspondence was good and construction and delivery was quicker than expected.

Can't fault them, customer service was immaculate. Wanted to go above and beyond for us to get the order processed and delivered within 2 days.

The mantle I ordered looks lovely, I haven't had it fitted yet but I'm sure once it's fitted it will look amazing.
