Our new wooden beam was delivered fast…
Our new wooden beam was delivered fast and promptly, however since being installed we have an issue with a crack in the wood, I contacted Designer Fireplaces and they have offered to swap immediately I am very impressed with the customer service , and would use this company again without doubt.

Designer Fireplaces are one of those rare companies who know how to treat their customers really well. From start to finish we were updated and kept informed by Tilly who was a delight to deal with. Our oak fire surround was delivered on time by a really helpful delivery driver and when we unpacked our fire surround we were not disappointed as it's beautiful. Really good quality and worth every penny. We were so happy with it I went straight back online and ordered an oak mantle mirror to go with it. I will definitely buy from again and recommend Designer Fireplaces as the whole experience of buying from them has been a very positive one. Thank you.

I required a longer beam than what was on their website so emailed the company to see if this was possible. Amazing quick response, extremely helpful and polite customer service. Beam was ordered and delivered in under a week! Would highly recommend this company!
