We have used Fire protection a few times with no problems..
We ordered a 1 hour loft hatch which had 2 sizes for next day delivery & you could order bespoke which would take longer obviously..
We ordered the larger of the 2 sizes expecting delivery. When we called to see where the hatch was after 3 days we we told that that they are not next day delivery.. I said you give 2x sizes that the web site say's are next day.. I suggest the representative who showed little interest did not know their web site. When the hatch did arrive there was a large label saying "report damage within 24 hours"..
The corners where dented & the polystyrene was all broken. Even the delivery driver saw the funny side of the large label over the broken polystyrene..
