Driver arrived on time, very friendly,put logs in our requested spot, no problems whatsoever.
Products look as good as last years, have not used yet as it is way too hot.

Slight error in delivery
Would have been perfect, however the first delivery was on a truck without a pallet truck! They redelivered a day later, and everything went smoothly.

Pallet was poorly wrapped spillage!
Pallet was poorly wrapped and/or stocked. This meant it was already toppling over on the back of the delivery vehicle. Which then meant when he let go of the pallet, it all fell over and landed on the floor, spilling several bags in addition to some that were already damaged in transit and leaking Pellets all over the floor.. so I not only had to move all the bags but I also lost about six bags worth of Pellets which the company are now arguing about and want specific photos which is hard as I’ve already cleared up most of the mess and some of the split bags are at the bottom of the messy pile I’m now left with.

We also appreciate your frustration regarding the request for specific photographs. We understand that once you have had to clear up the mess, it may not be possible to provide photographs showing everything exactly as it was when the pallet was first unloaded.

Awful wood and Customer Service
I have been using this company for the last 5 years to fuel my woodburner and have until now always left 5 star feed back. My last order was for their Premium Hardwood which sounded a great deal.
It was absolutely awful! Much of it looks like old fence posts and certainly isn't premium or even real hardwood. Possibly it's eucalyptus..
I wrote to Firewood.co.uk sales to express my disappointment and ask if their had been some kind of mistake. Their customer service link goes nowhere so I wrote to their sales dept. No reply.
I dislike leaving bad reviews but for a company that promises "Faultless Customer Service" they failed. There product was not as described and their customer service was non-existant.
My advice. Don't buy their "Premium Hardwood Firewood" for your heating needs it is a waste of money and will burn in no time at all. Stick with Oak, Ash or other hardwoods.
Still awaiting a reply from customer services after they said they would be in touch as soon as possible, that was over a week ago.

Delivery issues
Unfortunately there were major issues with Delivery. Paid for designated delivery day, did not arrive on the day and was not called to tell me this. When I called the delivery firm and Firewood.co.uk the best they could offer was delivery later in the week which they both assured me would happen. Comes to that day after my partner arranged working from home at great difficulty and no delivery again- no call, no reason. Called both delivery and Firewood.co.uk and arranged for weekend delivery which arrived over an hour after the later limit of delivery time with no ability to call anyone whilst waiting in all day to see where the delivery was.
