From Unfair Renewal to Better Coverage

Our previous insurance provider incorrectly added multiple claims to our policy—a mistake that resulted in poor renewal quotes across the market. Rather than resolve the issue fairly, they left us with inflated premiums and limited options.

She remained calm and professional throughout, and ultimately secured us insurance that was cheaper than the previous year—turning an unfair situation into a genuinely better outcome. Clear guidance from a good advisor

We were given clear guidance at a sensible pace with plenty of time to discuss questions and answers. Our advisor James Riley was a very pleasant person to work through our quote with. The initial quote was rather higher than we had hoped for and with adjustments to our cover he managed to reduce it somewhat for us. Overall a very good experience.
