Great supportive experience
Buying insurance can be very confusing with multiple policy illustrations and unfamiliar jargon.
Not so today, Oscar made the whole experience more like a conversation with a friend, each element being explained in simple, clear language.

Clear, patient & pressure-free advice and guidance
Oscar Bushell was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the home insurance process.
As first-time buyers purchasing a home together, I initially wasn’t sure whether it would be an issue that my partner wasn’t on the call with me. Oscar explained the process clearly and reassured me from the start. He also let me know that we would be able to view and edit the policy through the online portal, and that we could call back at any point to discuss, check or change anything if needed.
As we are new to homeowner admin and insurance, Oscar took the time to clearly explain the steps involved in building/home insurance, including what mortgage lenders typically require. He made the mortgage lender requirements feel much less overwhelming and patiently answered all my questions, making everything much easier to understand.
I never felt rushed or pressured at any point. Oscar was happy to pause, check that I was following, and explain the different options clearly so I could make an informed decision. He helped me set up a policy and get it ready to start as soon as our first property purchase is officially complete, which has been really reassuring.
Overall, I felt very well looked after. Oscar was kind, patient, professional, and knowledgeable throughout, and I would happily recommend him to other first-time buyers who need support with home insurance.

Oscar top man
It was a pleasure speaking to Oscar today about my home insurance. We spoke for a long time and he was very professional, helpful, patient and understanding in my needs. Also helped me in areas how I could bring my quote down. Comparing their services and quotes to my current insurer. Although their quote was a bit higher, but in terms of their service with them were alot better than my current insurer. Which I found very comforting because I had a few issues with my current one. Especially when it came to claiming, something which I didn't want to experience again.
