I would give these people 0 Stars. Klaudia tells you a pack of lies. For example she booked me in for a week of shifts. Then she decided to cancel and gave me two days. She never picks up the phone. Mark Jones never responded to my emails. The previous agency were far more transparent. Please don’t reply on these people as a source of income!

Very friendly

Staff members lack basic communication skills. They either do not respond to emails or messages, or, when they do answer the phone, they are rude and fail to follow up on conversations with us. This is not only my personal experience but something several people have told me about before.

Had My Airside Driver Training today with the main man Ross. Lovely chap and made my feel at ease when I was doing my course today. He has a very clean comfortable van and he went through all the details about safety very clearly. I would recommend him to anyone going in for Air Side Driver Training at LHR, his training really is 10/10

The manager in the Sittingbourne office, the romanian, do not trust a word he says. He is a liar, and can't be trusted at all, words of advice.......

I have tried so many times to get in contact with them and never answered always busy. Disappointing

They have no regular structure and the staff is very rude.

I registered with this company on 14 May. The person who signed me up was genuinely lovely and left a great first impression. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my experience.

Since registering, I haven’t been placed in a single role. I’ve sent over my availability several times, yet communication has been poor, inconsistent, and at times completely non-existent. One staff member said there were no jobs available, while another mentioned a role requiring three weeks of training. When I asked for the start date, I got no response. I even followed up with a message expressing my concerns — still ignored. Just left on read like what???

There’s no proper structure, no consideration for your time, and certainly no respect. Despite giving my availability, I was expected to be ready at the drop of a hat, often receiving a text in the morning asking if I could work that same day. That kind of last-minute pressure is unnecessary and stressful you can’t give me days notice???. I’ve never seen another agency operate like this.

To make matters worse, I was asked again for my experience and availability regarding days and nights , even though both were clearly discussed at the sign-up stage. It made me feel like I hadn’t been listened to at all.

It’s honestly disappointing, especially because my mum worked with this agency years ago and had a good experience. Judging by the reviews, some people still do but its very odd that when untried tonwriet a bad google review it got deleted.But clearly, not everyone gets the same level of treatment or respect.

Thankfully, I’ve now secured a position that’s far more stable, professional, and aligned with my goals — and I have no plans of ever returning to this agency.

Put my life on hold for this agency after being told I had a position, was going through security checks which took some time but was told we were nearly ready for start date! After a short period of time of no contact I messaged my first call contact who a day later than said, we are not progressing anymore and don't need you! If I hadn't messaged they wouldn't even have told me! I have since emailed the office higher up and couldn't even be bothered to respond! Look at the lower reviews as spot on, and tread with caution if you want an agency with integrity!

Today I had a great training session with Ross Gillespie today. A very informative session where I learned a lot about how to work as a ramp agent! He is passionate and very thorough with his teaching. Thank you first call!

Today I had my ADP with Ross Gillespie and I want to make one thing clear not only was he patient understanding and very knowledgeable he also made sure every bit of information stuck by asking a lot of questions and making sure I understand every topic I’ve been to quite a few training but the confidence Ross has given me has just been beyond words I would like to thank him very much and I hope every body has someone as understanding as him and as passionate as him to be teaching them. First Call gave me my first job as a student working part-time, and have continued to do so each week.
Their staff are easy to talk to and supportive whenever I contact them.
They send in the payslip before you receive your wages for the week.
And they don't extort their recruitees unlike other agencies I've heard about.

Useless I rang few times about my case no one replied properly and I ask to contact the manager. Waiting time 25 minutes and no response.

My son recently was told there was no work, until I drove passed and see that they were advertising start straight away, so I rang up and asked them what their game was! They then offered my son work for a couple of weeks, and have now told him there’s no more work, so his friend tested them out and applied for work and first call have offered his friends work! It appears that the right arm doesn’t know what the left arm is doing in this place! Avoid and find somewhere more competent!

They are so rude! And unfriendly the way that they talk to the people is not how somebody who relies on the commisions they got from the people they employ, should talk...

Change your stuff or soon no 1 is gonna come to you..

Completely incompetent agency no fixed dates for your shift day they provide transport only for it to be worth near a hour of your shift,have 0 contact with the warehouses they are employed by uniform also very expensive.Also give you a shift but the warehouse sends you home random times with no transport leaving many people stranded only thing they say is “won’t happen again” for it to happen again. Stay away.

This is the worse company, the people in the office with no basic customer service skills or manners, never answering the phone even if you leave a voicemail, their inability to answer the most basic questions to the ads on the website with jobs that are no longer available.

Please heed all the other comments in Trustpilot as it is all true.

I applied for a job this agency was advertising. I went today for a driving assessment after waiting a week and when I arrived it was for a completely different job than the one advertised. An absolute waste of time filling all their forms in and sending me knowing full well it was for a different job. Would never bother with these people again, terrible attitude.
