After checking call records I can see that on the return you called at 15:55h to say you were through baggage reclaim, your vehicle was delivered at 16:23h. Our time promise is 20 minutes which means we were over that by 8 minutes. I can only apologize for this and any inconvenience caused by the delay. The main purpose of our service is that we are quick and convenient.
We use your feedback to make sure we improve in the places we are going wrong.
I hope that you will give us the opportunity to rectify the above by using us again so we can show you the improvements we are making.

Excellent, reliable, on time
Didn't have to worry about paying extensive prices for a week in gatwick! Instead paid £50, a guy met us at the car park, took out car and the day we arrived, met us back at the car park. No delay.
Only problem at the beginning was we didn't know where it was, so maybe signs may be appropriate...
Other than that, great service!

Really great service. They were there to collect the car in minutes if our arrival at the airport.
On our return in the very early hours of a wet & windy morning, our car was returned to us promptly & with a smile. First rate service at a very competative price.

Good service good price
They provided a good service and met me on-time. They delivered the vehicle back without undue delay. Little surprised I had to pay a car park exit fee (around £4.00 if I remember correctly). I would use them again.

Last Choice Parking - Watch out for the free extra's, like dents and scratches!
Returned from holiday to a lovely dent in the front wing of my car. Not mentioned on any handover documents and completely ignored by the rude driver who brought the car back. Was told I would have to take it up with 'the office' which was no help, refuse to accept it was them. Currently pursuing through the small claims court.
Appalling service. Saved a few pounds with the initial booking but wish I'd spent a little bit more and used one of the more reputable companies as I usually do for business.
My advice, if your at all bothered about the care of your car then avoid.

We treat every vehicle in our care with the upmost respect and adhere to strict procedure and guidelines and we take complaints of any nature but particularly those of damage very seriously.
As you are aware we looked into this at length.
The small dent was identified as being preexisting damage and we were therefore not at fault.
Although rare, accidents do happen and if we are at fault we take every step possible to rectify this with as little inconvenience as possible.
When your car was delivered to us it was very dirty, making assessing it very difficult, however we did this to the best of our ability and spent more time than normal as found a considerable amount of damage on the car beneath the dirt. Although minor, we recorded it.
I apologize that you feel the driver was rude by not giving further information, however as I have previously explained, Drivers are not permitted nor is it their duty to discuss complaints. He followed procedure correctly by advising you to contact the office.
I am again extremely sorry if you feel that our decision was wrong and but can assure you our company is that of a very reputable one with the majority of customers being extremely happy.
We assessed your complaint thoroughly and it is with regret that you feel further action is the way forward and I will await the details with patients.

Good choice First Choice
This was good value parking at Gatwick .I paid £90 for 3 weeks on the Meet and Greet service.The Long Stay would have cost me about £140.Their telephone help line was informative.My only criticism was that it wasn't clearly explained how to find the Orange Car Park at Gatwick but perhaps I should have asked for directions.All in all a value for money experience.

Easy to book, good instructions and was met within acceptable time limits both out and return, I accept that Gatwick airport has changed the rules with drop off and pick up, which is now in the multi-storey short stay car park, but perhaps that's a security penalty we all have to pay? Will definitely use again.

The change in meeting point has unfortunately affected us all, as you correctly noted a combination of traffic control and security measures have brought in the change. But after some time working at it our collection and drop off times are much better making the convenience of the service apparent.

2nd time i have used them, not bad overall but could improve.
The drop off was trouble free but on our return it took nearly an hour for them to get the car to us.

7am or not, we expect all of our staff to be polite, approachable and friendly at all times which they generally are, but I apologize if he came across some what offish. But I thank you for your understanding.
Due to a change in airport procedure we had change our meeting point, which as a company was not a welcomed change as it meant customers incurring costs. Therefore We do try to ease this burden as much as we can by paying the first fee on entry and we hope this is a help.
