I ordered a G-Shock GW-BX5600 in February. The item was out of stock but it was on back order and as First Class Watches offered the best price on this watch I went ahead and ordered it. Their communication was excellent, sending emails whenever updates were available on potential delivery dates. They also emailed periodically just to keep in touch about the order. The watch was actually delivered sooner than anticipated and was in perfect condition. Overall a very professional and reliable company on both occasions I have purchased from them.

Great value fast delivery

They lost my watch and didnt know where it was, even paid for next day delivery. ( i did receive the delivery money back). After 3 weeks they found the watch, first class watches sent it wrong, Royalmail left a card stating under paid postage.( pay the charge and then you will get it.) Was promised first class watches will reimburse the charge but they didnt, no compensation no postage refund nothing. I expect somthing when you spend over £3000.
The funny thing is first class watches asked for a good review, but i didnt bother.

Update : first class watches senior management contacted me , understood my frustration , he respectfully responding and resolved the issue in the 1st response. thank you

Product as advertised & at a great price

Bought a budget Timex watch for my holidays. It arrived less than 24 hours after ordering. Well packaged great delivery. No problems whatsoever. Also £10 cheaper than Timex site as a bit of a bonus.

I was replacing a citizen watch of old and decided on vertically the same model. After a lot of research I decided that First class Watches looked good as their website was very informative and they offered a payment scheme to suit. Once ordered the watch arrived double quickly and looks amazing they even adjusted the strap to my size so all in all I am very happy i chose them and would definitely recommend them again.

I had an issue with the engraving charge due to a technical error, but the customer service team handled it quickly, transparently, and professionally. The watch arrived promptly and the engraving looks excellent.

Beautiful looking watch received at a discounted price. Good communication and delivery very fast. Sent wrist measurement to have bracelet altered so could wear unfortunately too many links removed so need to go to local jewelers to add links. First class watches did include the removed links so all good

I purchased the Casio GW-BX5600-1A1 model from them, a watch I still don’t understand why isn’t sold in Germany. Their customer service was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. Most importantly, I paid exactly the price I saw on the website. Tthere were no extra customs fees or hidden charges. On top of that, they shipped it very quickly with DHL Express.
