Great Service! Above and beyond!
Janelle of the Hillsboro OR branch was extremely patient (I’m old!) in helping me catch up on some long overdue updates to a trust account. She made things easy for me and instilled confidence. She was proactive to set up some improvements for my convenience in my online account as well. Highly recommended!

Telephone Customer Service.
You are hiring truly customer service oriented staff! In the telephone customer service department, I spoke with Erin, who assisted me every step of the way in reactivating my credit card. I had an unusual situation, and he was patient, patient, patient. And kind, positive, and totally helpful. I'm guessing on his location, but I think it was Corporate Headquarters in Hillsboro. Please thank him profusely for his assistance!

First Tech is great at helping with scams!
Drew was very helpful in helping me to deal with a scam call that showed up as from First Tech but used that advantage to get my debit card number. He cancelled the card, showed me my new digital one, and helped me add it to my Apple Wallet.

Queenie Phu and Alex Cohen were great…
Queenie Phu and Alex Cohen were great help getting my Deed of Trust completed. Queenie also went the extra step and help me setting up my online banking . Queenie also got my late fee waived. Last month a representative changed my membership savings to a I believe a rewards savings, we forgot to do the automatic payment from my savings. She noticed right away but got it taken care of. Thanks again.

Customer First, without being weird about it
First Tech has always been about helping me first, and not trying to extract something out of me. My experience with their call centers and calling in to them has also been top notch: If something beneficial is available to me, they let me know, but I never feel like they're trying to sell me on something I don't want.
