I appreciate the personal service and assistance that I have received from First Tech over the years. Hong Vo in particular has been very helpful. He keeps track of when our CDs are maturing and calls me around that time to see what we want to do with those funds. If I have questions in the meantime it's good to know that there is someone I can call to get some answers. I may be able to earn slightly better interest rates with some larger bank but I would never get the personal service that I get from First Tech and Hong Vo.

I love FirstTech for its ease to open accounts with them and continuous support. I have been working with Benny Mirsan since 2022, he is knowledgeable, super supportive and easy to reach for any question / support required. I would definitely recommend FirstTech for all banking needs and Kudos to Benny for his great customer support.

Sam Frutos keeps me updated with latest offers and makes the banking very easy. Plus they are honest about their products: if they are not suitable or not the right time, they just tell you.

I've been working with Samuel Frutos in Premier Banking for a few months now, and have found him ready to help and helpful, without being pushy. He stays in touch, but doesn't call or email too much, and is good about being available when I need help.
