Senior Premier Financial Services Representative Samantha Martin and her First Tech team provided me with outstanding member service during my recent CD renewal. She provided me with timely reminders of the maturity and promptly responded to my questions leading to truly an effortless member experience. Samantha’s and team’s efforts demonstrated that First Tech values my membership.

I called Hong Vo, San Jose, CA branch employee, on
July 24, 2026. I had a need to transfer funds to my
checking account at a different banking facility. As I am elderly, and drive very little, Hong Vo suggested a wire transfer. He walked me through the process until it was completed, which took a long time, as I am not good at the computer. I really appreciated his patience and knowledge, and feel he is a very good example of First Tech's staff. Five stars to Hong!

When I first called First Tech to see if they could help with my needs I spoke to a customer service rep who said I would benefit from speaking with Emilee Gutierrez. I didn't expect to hear from her for several days, but she called my back the SAME DAY!! Who does that anymore?? She is open and helpful, never in a hurry, and somehow always available when I call with a question. This is unheard of in any customer service industry today!! My brother who banks with you said I should get a premier rep at the branch so I can talk to someone in person, but I am so happy with Emilee and so far she has met and exceeded my expectations, so why would I want anyone else??!! Thank you so much Emilee for all your help. My last year has been terrible and you have been a super bright star in this very weary persons life. Daniel and I are so glad we got matched up with you!

Christopher Ray listens very intently and asks questions to ensure he fully understands your needs before trying to offer you what he thinks vs what you want. I never feel rushed. He double checks with me that we have covered all my needs before I leave.
