Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful, told me the car would be 4 month wait time then messaged 2 days after ordering saying it was ready and forced me to take delivery early (so i said ok ill take it sooner rather than later), then on the day before delivery rung me to say they wont be delivering and is being delayed again meaning i had to rearrange pick up of current car and insurance for both vehicles.
im writing this before even taking delivery of car so many more failures to come i imagine
i will never use them again.

I'm sorry you have had a bad experience.
I can see from our records we ordered the car for you on 15th May with a delivery estimate of late August. On 16th June, over a month later, rather than two days later, you were informed by my colleague that the finance company whose batch of cars it was, required us to deliver the car sooner that your preferred delivery time of late August. At no point were you forced to take the car early. Indeed, having listened to the calls, my colleague was very apologetic and tried to accommodate you as best she could. You were also very understanding. Indeed, on 22nd June you called and said that circumstances had changed and you now wanted delivery as soon as possible as you had arranged an early termination for your current car and the insurance costs for the new car were favourable.
With regards to delivery, it was very unfortunate that your delivery was cancelled at late notice and I apologise for that. Unfortunately, the dealership made an error and did not book it in for its pre delivery inspection. My colleague who called you to explain asked if you would be without a vehicle until delivery took place 3 working days later, and you said you would be able to move collection of your current vehicle and it should not be a problem. If you had mentioned the issues you have now rasied, we would be more than willing to see if we can help. That offer stands.

V. late delivery of car - told delivery would be early June, came late June ( no car at home made it difficult)

The driver's footwell was dirty - if no carpet mats, they should put down footwell protection (garages do this)

Hard work pushing for updates once fee paid. Telephone mail boxes always full so can’t leave messages. Inaccurate delivery date offered when information then conflicting.

Simple, friendly and efficient service
I was able to order my car with ease and was guided throughout the whole process by Ruth, from order to delivery. If I had any questions, she and the team were able to readily answer them in an efficient and friendly manner. Would certainly recommend!

Poor customer service-kept my money
My experience with the company was okay until I decided to cancel my lease contract. The FVL contract stated that I am entitled to a partial refund of the processing fee if the contract is cancelled within 14 days . I have contacted the company many times to enquire about my refund, but they are ignoring my emails and my request. Their approach to customer service is poor and disgraceful.

A smooth experience with helpful people
I found First Vehicle Leasing to be very good to work with. Their sales approach was to listen to what I was looking for, answer questions, provide quotes and then leave me to make my mind up as to what I wanted to do, and it didn't seem to matter how many times I asked. Once the vehicle was ordered, their communication was good, keeping us updated. The only wrinkle came in the form of the supplying dealer. It is worth saying, the car was delivered in line with the original estimate - however, there was a suggestion we could get the vehicle earlier, which got pushed back a couple of times until it arrived on the originally projected date - so - not a fail - but a bit of an issue with expectation management. Other than that, it's been a smooth, easy and enjoyable experience to lease our car.
