Installers professional, quick, neat and tidy. Radiators good in looks and quality. Explained usage as well as handing over the necessary booklets.
Excellent customer service from telephone call follow up by Daniel. He listened to my queries and explained simply and in detail to my total satisfaction. He talked me through while I USED the controls which was helpful (being an elderly lady).
I felt Daniel went beyond his duty to be sure I was satisfied I could control my new radiators and I could see and hear when they were working.

Fast and simple service, people were kind and followed me through the whole process.

On 26May2026 Fischer Future Heat came to install 2 separate systems in our bungalow:
(1) Replacing our immersion heater with an Aquafficient water heater. This involved disconnecting our Eddi solar energy diverter, removing the hot water pump, and connecting the mains cold water system to the new water heater. We're pleased to report that the installation was a success, although we did need to make some adjustments to the timings to prevent the heater from taking electricity around midnight, when we only wanted it to heat while our solar panels and batteries were charged. The installers gave a strong impression that they knew exactly what they were doing.
(2) Replacing the thermostats of our 13 existing Fischer electric radiators with Wifi-connected thermostats. This installation is still not fully active, as the Tydom Wifi associations only worked for 11 out of 13 thermostats, as the bungalow's Wifi network relies on Wifi extenders. Unfortunately, the installers gave a strong impression that they didn't know exactly what they were doing, so I will need to discuss the association of the thermostats with the Tydom manufacturer Delta Dore Technical Support.

We had also hoped that the 3 rusting electric heaters would be replaced, but we have since spoken to Fischer Customer Services, who have rules that, even though the heaters are still in their 10-year guarantee period (from late 2017), rusting is not covered.
* Rusting was apparently due to "wear and tear", even though it only occurred on the 3 heaters in "bathroom" (possibly damper) settings.
* They could be treated to remove the rust, but that will impact that guarantee.
* We believe all the heaters are manufactured using mild steel, which is susceptible to rusting, even though these 3 heaters were installed in a bathroom, shower room and WC/cloakroom, where rust-resistant stainless steel would have been a much better choice.

Having had Fischer electric heaters since 2017, we would be reluctant to recommend them:
* They do rust, even though the sales team say they don't.
* We were forced into replacing our old gas boiler, and, due to new safety regulations, could not install a new boiler in the same place. The Fischer heaters, while more convenient, have proved to be more expensive to run than the replaced gas central heating, and were also not cheap to buy!

We would, however, recommend the Aquafficient water heater, especially after 8+ years without hot water from our gas central heating. The Eddi solar energy diverter could be used to divert solar energy to the immersion heater, but not efficiently during the winter.

The fitter arrived early was pleasant and polite, got on with the job , could tell he was experienced and knew what he was doing. Cleaned up when finished, explained how it operates.

Despite problems the work was carried out to a high standard, everything explained and left clean and tidy.

On the whole i was satisfied with Fischer heat.
I had 2 heater and water heat heater installed which was done in a professional way leaving the site clean and tidy.
I was not informed why the recommended products was best for me. I think that the products are expensive comprepared with local companies .

Amazing product, fantastic team, very happy all round. Provides hot water just when you want it rather than storing in a cylinder and going to waste. Very efficient, no loss of flow, you just pay for what you use. Costs a bit more but definitely worth it. Also fits neatly in the little cupboard under the stairs so a great space saver. Sales team, installers and after sales service from Danny all great, explained everything and very helpful all round.

I have recently had room heaters installed by Fisher. The removal of water radiators and insulation of the electric heaters was carried out efficiently and neatly. The heaters are excellent, warming rooms to desired temperatures and readily programmable.

Knowledgable and experienced craftsmen who were very helpful in terms of guidance and whose work was very good and methodical in approach. They also cleaned up after themselves to a very a high standard

Excellent service from start to finish. The installers did a first class job, professionally and with care and attention, the system was then explained to me on completion.

The start was not up to what I expected, but they stepped up and sorted out the initial problems and were so very helpful
