Great advice from James as I worked to build out my home gym. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Equipment was kept and stored until the work was done on the gym ready for delivery.

My husband and I visited the store looking for some gym equipment and had a brilliant experience. We were helped by James, who was absolutely lovely, really knowledgeable and genuinely took the time to talk us through the different options and help us work out what would suit us best.

There was no pressure at all, just really friendly and helpful advice, and James was more than happy to answer all of our questions. It made such a difference being able to see the equipment in person and have everything properly explained to us.

Fantastic customer service and a really positive experience. We’ll definitely be back when we need anything else for our home gym. Would 100% recommend!

We went to the Manchester store to purchase a treadmill and were greeted on arrival by Lee, he was very helpful and professional in his knowledge of the machines and let us use them to decide which one was best for us, very professional and pleasant experience in store👏

Lee was very helpful and gave us good advice on the best equipment to buy.
He left us to try the equipment and make our own minds up on which exercise bike would be best for us without trying to sell us the most expensive units.

You don’t buy a treadmill that often, and the experience is fraught with doubt and not helped by poor advice / reviews online.

The team at Fitness Superstore were awesome. Knowledgable and never pushy, they helped guide us before offering what was absolutely the best price around.

Visited the Manchester store on Sunday and spoke to James about one of the power racks that I had seen online, and while they didn't have it on display in store I felt very reassured it was the right one for my needs. He also gave me a few other hints and tips about my upcoming home gym build too. Great service, just looking forward to my order being delivered now!

I can't thank James enough at the Manchester store for helping us to get our home gym sorted. Came in with relatively low experience having gone down this route before. We knew we wanted a treadmill and a few other items, but beyond that we didn't really know how to put it together. Jamie spoke us through different options on the website, as well as explaining his recommendations. And with his help, we were able to put together a really good bundle. All within the space of 45 minutes, purchased with a five-star experience. James was really easy to talk to, so thank you so much.
