I'd been looking at buying my own spin…
I'd been looking at buying my own spin bike, for home, and saw the choice available online at Fitness Superstore. Wasn't sure which to buy, so when I saw they had a physical store to view the machines went along to the one in Trafford Park Manchester to have a look. Was greeted by James upon arrival, who led me through the options available and pricing. Definitely worth a visit. If you're considering a visit trust me there is NO HARD SELL which is always a bonus. I left very pleased with my purchase, knowing exactly what I'd bought and why and am now looking forward to the HARD WORK on the spin bike. Thank you James.

Purchased an elliptical cross trainer after dealing with James at the Snow Centre branch. Received lots of pre purchase advice, really helpful , friendly and extremely knowledgeable which was much needed as we really didn’t know where to start. We popped into the store today just to have a look at the treadmills and see what was available, with no real intention of buying one. We were greeted by Lee, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain the different options without any pressure and helped us find the treadmill that was the best fit for what we needed.

Lee was really helpful during our visit to Fitness Superstore. He took the time to answer our questions and gave us plenty of space to look at the treadmills without any pressure to make a purchase.

The delivery team were brilliant as well. They were friendly, professional, and very accommodating, making the whole delivery process smooth and stress-free. They took care when bringing the treadmill into the house and were happy to help with positioning it where I wanted it.
