We first spoke to Lee on the phone regarding an exercise bike, we called into the shop the next day 24/02/26 Lee was very helpful and knowledgeable on what would be suitable for my husband to try out and suggested a Sole B94 which was an excellent choice for him
Delivery was arranged and was amazed we received it the very next day by 1pm
From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with Lee who made it so easy.

Came to sports fitness superstore Saturday the 28th had a good chat with James was determined to buy a Nordic T9 but was convinced to buy the the soul F 65 played around with it really enjoyed the experience great professional advice.

Excellent choice of products. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, demonstrating as much of the equipment as we asked. We didn’t feel pressured and weren’t pushed towards a particular product. We explained what we were looking for and we offered a good range of options.

Good range of stock, competitive prices and useful advice without a hard sell. Would definitely recommend the Manchester branch.

James was most helpful, welcomed us on arrival and saw to our requirements without delay. I am now leaving with a rowing machine that has all the features I wanted, and none that I didn’t!

What a great experience I had buying my first Matrix elliptical trainer from James at Fitness-Superstore Manchester! He explained all the differences between the machines that I was interested in and helped me decide on the model that would fit my personal needs. I will definitely be coming back for anything gym! Visited the Manchester store to look at rowing machines. Great response to my initial email asking what was available to try. On visiting the store James was really helpful, gave us all the information we needed but also left us alone to try all the machines in peace 😊. Highly recommended

Spoke to James in the Manchester branch who explained all the workings and benefits of the rowers and ski-ergs, so much so by the end of the conversation we had agreed a good price on both machines.

James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my decision on buying a new treadmill.

I experienced a very friendly greeting from Lee Dean the salesperson. He showed me the different models of Treadmill on offer, and what functions were available on each one. Lee explained the different options in a way that was easy for a novice to understand and I wasn't 'blinded by science'! Having been given time to try out the machine of my choice, Lee took me through the paperwork and explained the delivery options to me. All in all, my visit was made a pleasant and comfortable experience by Lee. :-)
