Good afternoon,
To be honest, I have had a very poor experience purchasing from this company. I placed an order and never received the product. What makes the experience even more frustrating is that I keep receiving emails asking me how my experience has been, despite the fact that my order has still not arrived.
I initially thought that my first order had not been delivered due to some kind of error. However, I have now placed a second order and, for the second time, I have not received the product.
The experience has been terrible, as I still have not received the product to this day. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from this company.

Sold me counterfeit twins gloves which fell apart after a couple of sessions, said would replace when back in stock, would not answer emails after that,wish I'd seen reviews before ordering, scammers

The price was great and delivery super quick overall I'm very happy with the service.

Awful communication. Or should I say no communication whatsoever. Would never buy from this company again

You emailed me to say you made a mistake and you don't have the bat in stock. You said you will refund me but have not said when.

Tracking doesn’t work, no scans so looks like not collected from them by Royal Mail. Waiting response ref refund. Will start credit card charge back if no update soon

I’ve emailed twice to let them know I received the wrong product and no response.

Absolutely terrible experience. Still haven’t received my parcel that should have been here 3 days ago and am now on day 8. Royal Mail tracking number is useless as the item hasn’t been handed over and no response whatsoever from the company despite sending numerous emails. Contact phone number also doesn’t work so no way of getting hold of anyone for an update. Avoid this company - will hopefully be able to get the money back through my bank as I don’t hold out much hope getting a refund from these con merchants.

Waited 3 weeks for darts to come then get a email from fitness360 saying that they had no stock and that the dispatch confirmation I was given was also bogus.

They have promised a refund but so far no items and no money back as yet.

So after all this nonsense they are trying to refund only half which I’m trying to get sorted as I spent £122 and they are only refunding £61. But trying to get in contact with this company and get responses is very difficult if I could give them no stars I would.

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING AT ALL COSTS. Worst online company I have ever used for buying from.

One go the worst experience.Recieved a damaged racquet because of the packing material used.Local post office cannot compensate as the packaging was faulty by fitness 360 because of that frame is already broken.

The item that I bought is great and it was a great price.
My issue is the length of time it took to receive my package. Granted I ordered on a Friday, however it was a full 7 days before I received my goods. After a few days i emailed the company to ask for an update. The best they could do in the reply was to say that it had been dispatched quickly but sometimes parcels take longer.

Bought Perfectil Hair Vitamins drinks from this company . They were 1 year out of date. Reported this over a week ago & no contact .

Ordered race suit for my daughter which arrived one week after delivery date, only after chasing up the order. Item arrived damaged, and cant return because there no return address, phone number in valid and have sent numberous emails, which have been unanswered. Absolutely appalling customer service, will never order from them again
