My first time to Fixers Leiden and I am totally impressed. My fixers was Twan and I had a problem with my DVD software, Twan was ever so nice and very professional. He quickly worked on my PC and fixed my DVD program player. If I ever have another computer related problem I will immediately seek help from Fixers Leiden. I went in to get a sticky key fixed and ended up having my battery, speakers, keyboard and touchpad renewed. Great service.

First off the guy that dealt with me in Rotterdam location was very welcoming & made sure I felt at home. He was very efficient & made sure I was aware of everything he was doing. He also notified me of another problem that my phone has that I was not really aware of & for that im thankful.Definitely will be back for any electronic fixes.

Fixers diagnosed the issues with my computer wrongly. I was obliged to make decisions using incorrect information given by Fixers. My computer was returned in a worse state than when I had given it to them for the diagnosis. I had to visit them to put my computer back into its original state; during that visit I was approached with a new offer after they finally did a correct diagnosis, but this offer was never sent to me in writing. I finally went to Apple who fixed my issues for free. I had to pay Fixers €60 for their incorrect diagnosis. When confronted with their behaviour the customer service did not acknowledge that the initial diagnosis was done wrongly, and thus no real progress could be made other than them "apologising for my confusion", which sounded patronising in the light of my experience with them. I do not want anyone else to go through the loss of time and money that I experienced at the hands of Fixers, who I believe are misusing the good name of Apple to do things like this to Apple customers.

Edit after Fixers response: You still do not wish to recognise that you made a mistake in your initial diagnosis. My review still holds due to that.

The whole process was very fast and efficient. The staff were friendly and happy to help.

Carlo "The Italian" was absolute class, spoke great English as well as Dutch and was extremely knowledgeable within his field. We had a few issues which needed looking at on our new Mac as well as requiring advice over some older Apple items: whether to sell or throw away. He gave us his time and provided a first rate service:-) Thanks Carlo and the rest of the fixers team. We have been using you guys for a long time now and will continue to do so. I had a goood experience overall. Ah Sherman worked thoroughly until he could tell me exactly what was wrong with my laptop. The only criticism I have is that I was told on my first visit that it would be fixed within 2 to 3 days but in the end it took five days. It would have been nice to know exactly how long it would take. Otherwise, I found everyone to be super helpful and I haven’t had any problems with my laptop since:)

this is the best experience I’ve had with getting my phone fixed. The process of booking an appointment was super smooth and simple. I was unable to pick up my phone from the store because I was down with coronavirus but they sent it to me via post.

Had a waterschade and everything went really smooth . The personal was nice and attentive and came they gave in the same day the quote . Explained everything nice with photos of the situation . The fix was fast and everything is working good.
When receiving the laptop they were nice and everything was good .

Fixers diagnosed, fixed and returned my laptop within the 3-5 days as promised! It was swift process, and I felt informed throughout, being able to track the status of my laptop repair from the moment I handed it in.

Raymon was very swift in responding to my questions and it feels nice to have a working keyboard again!
