Delivered my butterfly-keyboard macbook to Fixers to replace it by Apple Service Program (made an appointment via Apple Support site).
Device was repaired in 10 days (it was a Christmas and new year's eve), I was notified about every stage or repair.
I'm fully satisfied. Employee explained me that I would pay "investigation fee" only if water damage is found, so everything was clear, why and what should I pay (which I didn't have to). No complains from me

Took my working laptop with a broken screen in for a repair, the diagnosis was "laptop doesn't turn on" because the repairman didn't know how to properly connect an external monitor. Tried to get my money back, since it was unprofessional service, but was denied. They said they would diagnose again, ended up being told "the touchscreen won't work after the repair" - for a laptop that never had a touchscreen in the first place.

Needless to say, took my laptop away and never going back. A shame, because the shop is nice, conveniently placed and the staff seems nice as well.

EDIT: Was contacted by email by Fixers, to tell me they had diagnosed the laptop and as such were entitled to charge for it. Nobody said you didn't do the research. The issue at hand is that the quality of the research that was done was terrible. Both times.

For my iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017), I contacted fixers.nl in Utrecht to get the bluetooth antenna replaced due to constant connectivity problems. That went fine. After bringing the iMac back home, I was surprised to see that the display now had multiple visible scratches on the top left side.

Lesson: next time, I'll check the display before I pick up my device. Or I'll choose the competition.

My MacBook Pro fell and the screen broke, but was still worked fine with an external screen. Brought it to fixer in August, presented with a 1400€ bill and decided to take it back without repair. Only now, nothing shows on external screen, so now it’s useless. Brought it back, I asked specifically to have a quick look and not send it over; I was treated briskly and summarily dismissed by the staff; a week later, now the repair bill is 2400€! For the damage they caused. Is this a joke?

they are not qualified to fix apple products and they gonna screw you up...
here is my story with them...

I had a guarantee till 11 Augustes for 2020 and took my MacBook pro-2017 to for a speaker problem and they said that must replace the top case(the whole keyboard and underneath it), I said yes, of course, why not. after that, I went to take it back and I discover that the fingerprint does not work!...so I call them again and it seems that they don't know why that happened!...so they replace the fingerprint(power button) and it was at 30 July. after that, I brought my mac from them for the second time, but the thing is that I don't use too much, I use it maybe 3 times after I brought it because I have a Pc. after the guarantee is ended I want to use it and pink vertical lines start to show up on the screen and contact them about that and they said this something they didn't cause! ...really, I didn't have any problem like this before and if I want to fix it I need to replace the whole screen and that cost about 750 euros. for the record, I'm a person who takes care of his stuff very much and you can imagine that I still have the receipt of it and the package of it like new like the when I bought it.

if you can't fix things, don't right on your shop that you can fix things.
