Adjustable feather ring poor quality

Adjustable feather ring poor quality
Not meant to be worn everyday?
I have 3 other rings I wear everyday never went out of shape ?
Alot of money for no customer service
I never adjusted this ring once always worn on same finger
Was told to get it reshaped myself going to lose business I liked the company and their designs not purchasing again

Fabulous Customer Service!

Had an issue with a ring I'd bought for our Daughter's Birthday, so I contacted their customer service department and I had a very quick response from a lovely lady called Wendy who agreed to exchange the ring for a different one. The ring arrived 2 days later and I was allowed to keep the other ring too. Our Daughter was really happy with her new ring. Fabulous customer service! Thank you! 😊 xx

Disapointed

The necklace isnt very long and the pendants are small. I was disapointed when i opened up tje package. Delivery time was quick though.
