Realisable service received parcel on day they said no problems with anything

I have bought from Fiyah before, quick delivery, lovely pancaking with a card and a feather which is a nice touch. The rings are beautiful. It does seem that the ring I purchased recently isn’t as solid as the one I bought a few years ago and it seems a lot lighter but still a beautiful ring.

Was recommended this site for a birthday gift. So pleased I made a purchase. I bought the silver feather ring and it came beautifully presented. Great quality, good c

The feather ring is a beautiful ring but unfortunately the quality is poor. I have now had two of these and both rings have weakened and snapped! A real shame as it was in memory of my dad!
The cost is high and the quality is poor! Unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing again from this company as the customer service this time round has been terrible.
For £45 I think it’s extortionate for the ring only to last a few months!

I have bought about 10 feather rings for myself, my Mam and friends when relatives have passed away. I got some with birth stones and some without. They have all snapped. I used to find the customer service excellent but now I was told the ring isn't intended to be resized often, it wasn't!!! I don't think they could be sterling silver, no other rings I have have ever snapped. I used to recommend these to everyone but I would steer clear now. All I have is a collection of broken rings.

Beautiful jewelry, however cost has increased substantially and way above the general cost of living increases. Purchased a wave ring in March 2020 and it cost €25, unfortunately I lost this and wanted to replace it. 3 years later the exact same ring now costs €62.95!

The jewellery is absolutely gorgeous and to such a high standard. The packaging adds a really personal touch. I had a small problem with an item (not the company's fault) and the customer service was exceptional also. Cannot fault them at all and will purchase again.

There was a delay in my delivery due to a postal strike. Fi yah were an absolute pleasure to deal with especially Ellie. I can’t praise their customer support enough. Beautiful rings too..

I placed an order with Fiyah for 2 rings on 12th December and I have still not received them. I was understanding that royal mail had gone on strike and that caused delays but at this point it is 6 weeks since I ordered and I have gotten no update on my order. I have been in contact with the customer service team and all I have gotten was 'we hope you get your order soon'. After multiple emails to them they told me that they couldn't put a claim in for it to be lost with royal mail until it has been lost for 25 working day (20th Jan). There has been no word back from Fiyah since my last email about this and I have no hope I will get my order but I am still pushing for a refund.

It is a pity because their rings are a lovely sentimental gift to give which I was hoping to give my sister for Christmas as we lost our father this year.

I bought a ring for my sister who lost her daughter last year and this year I bought the same one for myself and my daughter. I touch it when I think of my niece. Similar type rings can be found elsewhere cheaper but they are not as good. I love this ring and I am very happy with the customer service. The hand written note is a nice touch.

I purchased a ring nearly 2 years ago and it sadly snapped in half. Contacted Customer Services (Ellie) to see what they could do. A photo and date of purchase was requested and It was out of the 12 mth warranty. I was offered a 25% discount on a new purchase. I opted for a more expensive ring and the discount was still applied. She even filled out the order and delivery details for me. Excellent, swift and professional customer service and excellent product. Why aren't all companies like this?

I ordered a feather ring for my friend in June and it was so beautiful I had to buy one for myself as well. It was beautifully packaged and Wendy was so helpful when I had some questions. I will definitely buy from FIYAH again!

***Fiyah have replied to this review but are being very disingenuous saying the customer service team have dealt with it indeed they have just not to MY satisfaction as they have basically saying tough suck it up!. I reiterate my earlier review I personally would not purchase from them again and certainly would not recommend them to anyone ******

I have purchased a number of items from FIYAH both as gifts for my daughters and as birthday gifts for family members and friends although the jewellery looks lovely unfortunately the quality is not what I expected ,my daughter only wore the ring on special occasions and with covid these were few and far between so it was rarely worn she put it on the other day and the ring split in two so I would not be recommending them if you intend jewellery as a gift or to last better buy some cheap costume item for half the price .

Absolutely love the feather ring. I've bought it for my daughter as a b'day present and just know she will love it too. The packaging with the feather was a lovely special touch. Super quick delivery too. Thank you. 😊

After purchasing a feather ring as a gift it snapped in half. This was replaced with no problems however another month later and the replacement also snapped. Cheap / faulty products I wouldn’t recommend buying a ring from this company.
