"I’m 6’, 95 kg. The coat fits exceptionally well (XL), having broad shoulders. The leather work is first class and was incredibly good value. Initially skeptical about purchasing from the internet until it arrived. World-class delivery, buttons boxed down the coat to protect the very soft leather, and folded in tissue paper, well protected for its journey. So pleased with this purchase, I’ve already bought a second jacket, and that is equally as good."

Made a purchase this morning using PayPal | had to use PayPal app to identify my PayPal account, once I had confirmed who I was I paid and returned to fjacket website, I thought | would be looking out delivery times instead the jacket I bought was still in the basket and I was being asked to pay again, even though I sent the PayPal payment receipt with today's date they still didn't believe me, I had to start a claim to get my money back, I have asked PayPal to remove the payment option from this company website please be aware that you won't get your purchases from this company,
I received a email asking me to remove my review, so I removed this, expecting the company to send my jacket, the tracking information doesn’t work and I am furious now, looks like I have to go through my PayPal guarantee to get my money back, and fjacket this review remains on this platform , after reading fjackets reply below it’s a load of garbage it was nothing like this, I thought this company was worth the effort however it seems to fail now

High quality leather jacket. Smells great, you know its the real deal. Detachable hood is a plus.

The jacket I bought is well made and very smart looking. I am an odd size so I had to estimate the best size for me. It was made overseas and with the turmoil that's going on, it arrived in a good amount of time. I am very happy with the coat and love the way it looks on me.

I was looking for a leather jacket that offered both quality and style and F Jackets offered both. I was also pleasantly surprised at how quickly they shipped out my jacket and how quickly it arrived at my front door without having to pay for expedited shipping! The quality is exceptional and the tapered fit was exactly what I was looking for. Their customer service is excellent as well so if the fit isn't right, they make it right for you. Mine fit just right so I didn't need to exchange it but reading other reviews helped me make my decision to buy from them.

Excellent communication, even when I had to return the item because I ordered the wrong size--and that was on me, not them. They gave me all of the info I needed and kept me up to date on the shipping. And the jacket is awesome! The quality is great and it looks even better on me than it did on the website!

I love this jacket. It got here quick. Came packaged really well and fit me perfectly. I measured beforehand with a tape measure so I didn’t have to mess around with sending it back. It’s a casual jacket, not something for riding. Really happy with it. I’d order from them again.

The quality, delivery communication, and the price for the coat that I purchased from F Jackets was exceptional. I am a seamstress and this coat is beautiful inside and out, made of the best wool and impeccable in construction. This company really knows how to make a coat.

I had a slight issue with the product and they replaced it immediately.

I purchased a leather jacket from F Jackets and was very pleased with my purchase, the quality, style and service was exemplary. Unfortunately after 14 months the zip failed and I inquired about getting the zip replaced as it was little worn but out of any warranty.
I emailed customer support (Mary) and she asked for the jacket to be returned but instead of repairing it as I expected they replaced it!
Gosh, what an incredible company to deal with, great product (anything can go wrong sometimes) but it is how it is dealt with that makes all the difference.
Well done for exceptional customer service, if I could award 10 stars I would.
