this is a great site for quality leathers. i do not buy a lot of clothing online however i have purchased 5 within the last eleven months . perfect fit and true to size. there was 1 issue with shipping and was corrected immediately corrected on chat line. i am complemented on my leathers all the time. prices are low for the quality and no added fees.

I found the perfect purple leather bomber jacket. When it arrived I was thrilled! But it didn’t fit, too small. I wrote to F jackets and explained the situation and they very quickly were able to exchange it for a larger size. So now I have the jacket of my dreams. Wonderful customer service.!!

Happy to say my experience was great. I accidentally ordered 2 jackets at the same time without realizing. Once the second jacket arrived they made it extremely easy to refund.
The jacket itself is great. It was for my wife and the fit and style are really nice. Didn’t notice much of an odor as some mention, but there was a little upon opening the box. Went away quickly. Colors and fit were both great.

Shelby grey mens suit. Cheap and nasty rubbish, looked like something you'd carpet the office in, horrible fabric, not lined, paid for express shipping yet took many days to arrive. Exceedingly disappointed

incredible experience start to finish. Im a tough fit/size and they allowed me to order 3 of the same jacket style in different sizes. they then allowed me to return 2 and i kept the one that fit. didnt hassle me, didnt charge me anything for the shipping ordeal. Now i know my size and i can order from them with confidence in the future. Mary with their customer service team deserves praise and a raise for her stellar customer service. A+ experience. do not hesitate to do business with this company.

I was worried about ordering from F Jackets, the price seemed too good to be true but gave it a shot, and can't fault the service. The jacket arrived very quickly, the packaging was very neat, it is beautifully soft. I have had lots of comments on how nice it looks. I am very pleased 😀 I was let down from a previous retailer after 3 months, the jacket I was buying was over 4 times the cost for something very similar. I found the size to be true, I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again. It is hard not buying more at the price offered.
