Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Per (Odense) arrived at the end of the day around 15:30 on May 19. He did a very superficial investigation using a hose to see if my drains from the roof were plugged and told me they weren’t. He told me the catch basins were broken and showed me. I explained that I needed to know if there was a problem with the drains and if there is a problem, I need proof (video) to give the insurance company. He told me he couldn’t take any video. Two months later, several phone calls and emails and all I have is a bill and a Scan of my property drawing with some hand drawn marks on them. That cost 1600 dkk. They also referred me to their associate Rene Backman who fixes drains. He came and informed me that FKS said I would explain what the problem was!! That was about 1 month ago and I still have no offer from him despite several follow ups. Overall extremely frustrating and disappointing. I will never call FKS again and I don’t suggest you do either.
