Amazing brand but terrible delivery

One of my favourite independent clothing brands. Quality of clothes are amazing and always sick designs. My only problem which can be a big one is delivery, you pay £4.99 for delivery 5-7 days but for that price you expect next day at least. Even then I’ve often waited 2 weeks for my item with no update from them on the shop app about where my product is. Overall amazing clothes but the delivery service needs serious sorting out
